I was looking for an old skool barber shop in the area. I had previously used Super Cuts and I wasn’t satisfied, so I decided to keep looking for a legit barber.
I found this small barber shop (across from Arlington Lanes) on Unilocal.Sounds like other people were having the same situation I was having, and found comfort in this shop.
I came during the lunch hour and to my surprise there wasn’t anyone waiting at the time. However, the second I sat down to get a cut, two other customers walked in. One thing I failed to notice was the «CASH ONLY» sign on the store front window. It didn’t turn out to be a problem, as the lady was nice enough do direct me to the nearest cash dispenser (across the street).
I was very satisfied with my cut. I felt like I was back in my prime days prepping up on a Friday evening, getting ready to go out to the club. The lady who cut my hair had game face the whole time she was cutting it. You can tell she takes pride in her work. I wish I would have gotten her name, but I can tell you she was the first chair on the right side of the unit.
I could have easily rated this business a five star, but it was a little run down, no plastic cards accepted and the customer service was ehhhh, but the cut was awesome.

A good spot for a haircut. I would go to any chair except for the third lady on the left. She messes up ALL THE TIME. You tell her one thing and she does another. Everyone else is great!

$ 10 for a cut! Like Bernie Mac’s domino game was called in Ocean’s Thirteen, «Nuff Said!»
Actually…It’s a cool spot and they give a good cut. I don’t get anything crazy so I’m not sure if they give a nice faux hawk, but they sure hook up a nice regular fade. I’ve cut my own hair for a long time, but I don’t do scissors, so now that I’m a little older and leave it a little longer, I don’t cut it anymore. That being said, I am not willing to pay $ 20, $ 30, or up to $ 40+ for a haircut, so this place is right on. I don’t understand how guys can do that. Are you getting a perm? Cut and color? Highlights? Foot massage during? Please let me know what’s included beside the «cool», «old school» barbershop trendy ambiance. I digress.
This place is no frills, just a good haircut for a low price. I’ve had my haircut by 3 of the ladies there and they all did a good job. The ladies are always comadriando (look it up son) which is cool with me, makes me feel nostalgic.

I love this place! I took a chance on it when I moved back to Riverside based on the few reviews it had. I’m glad I did! Friendly staff, cheap price and prompt service. It is cash only so please keep that in mind. I will definitely keep coming back.

It is really hard to find barbershops that are affordable and give great fades. For some reason, there are some barbershops that feel justified charging $ 15 to $ 20 for a simple fade and I find this insulting. I decided to give this place a call after seeing the positive reviews. Now on to the review:
1. Location – within a small plaza near the airport and across from the bowling alley.
2. Payment type – only method is cash. They do not accept credit cards.
3. Staff – there were two middle aged females who were bi-​lingual and very friendly. The atmosphere of the shop was very laid back and not many people were waiting in line. If you are looking for a particular barber, you might want to call to make a reservation.
4. Cost – the haircut was $ 10 (skin fade on the sides with nothing cut off the top).
5. Quality of Fade – the barber that cut my hair (the one to your very right as you walk in) took her time and gave the quality of fade that I like – so I tipped her well.
Overall – Not only is this barbershop affordable, but this is also a great place to get an excellent haircut from an extremely friendly staff.

walk-​in, paid total $ 10+3 tip a lot less then what i usually pay $ 20 – 25 maybe tip for a satisfactory cut.

Greeted as soon as I walked in with no wait. Barber asked me what I wanted and gave me just that. Quick service along with quality work. Would definetely come again.
Deducting one star since I got hair all over my shirt, a little is expected but not as much as I had.

I gotta say this place didn’t look like much by the looks of it but I needed a haircut on the spot so I took a chance on this place,
Well let me tell ya that the only reason I’m writing a review is because I’ve gotten my 3^rd haircut from this place and I usually only get lucky with 1 great haircut From an unknown barbershop but this place knows their stuff.
You can’t beat this place for the value as they charge only charged me $ 10 for a mens cut and Im use to paying $ 25 for a descent haircut, of course I’m in the Pasadena area.
Well now I know where I can go when I pass through Riverside.
