Great people. Wonderful shop and they are always friendly and helpful! Their house blends are some of the best.

Extreamly nice and focused on customer, other vape shops i have gone too they are nice and informative however never have been just focused on me the customer like i felt at this place! I got there about half hour before closing and was struggling to choose a flavour… Never felt rushed and left the store about 20min past their closing time. Great selection, great staff… My vape shop now!

From the basic starter kits to the mech mods, everybody gets educated prior to the purchase they are making. You have questions They have the answers. They walk you through everything from tips, clearomizers, atomizers, batteries, coil building, coil heads etc. If you leave this vape den confused then YOU’RE an incompetent person.
The new den is awesome with a complete testing Juice Bar to the Drippers Dream Bar. Every juice they display for tasting is true to the description of the juice.
The house juice blends are off the charts and the most flavorful juices I’ve found. The imports are AMAZING juice lines. Every juice you taste in the tester will be what you are buying.
I’ve been to several vape dens tasted the juices lines and NOT 1 has come even close to Maja Flava. I travel 45min bc I know the QUALITY of the products I am buying.
From the owners down to the staff this vape dens atmosphere is THE BEST! From the time you walk in to the time you leave it’s a vapers dream.

This place is terrible! I will never go to this shop again…
I bought a 50 $ battery istick Eleaf 3 days ago and every time I take a drag it burns my throat using my single coil tank. They basically called me a liar to my face saying it works fine and would not let me exchange it or find a solution to my problem. I am a manager for company that works hard everyday on giving the best customer service that you can imagine And maja vape den just doesn’t care. Renzis cigar in Burlington has much more variety and takes care of there customers. I am now going to drive out of my way past maja vape den to Renzis because they never give me a problem there with anything.

Picked up their house juice HP in 3ml and also Junkie juice trance in 6mg. Had Trance in my KFL+ tank for a day, no problem. I switched over to HP today, and within 7 hours my tank middle section started to hairline crack and cloud. I removed it, inspected, heavy smell like acetone since it was eatting away the plastic. Hope they start testing their juices for this better.
Every juice I tried there seemed to be in different clearos. Some tester juices had nic in them (up to 6).
I wanted to like this place but my messed tank puts a bad taste in my mouth, literally. Sent them a msg. Hope they resolve this.
