Took a lyft on Wednesday only a couple miles away and the driver kept making wrong turns«on accident» and circled around the block multiple times thinking we wouldn’t notice to get the price higher. Will not use lyft again. Use Über I’ve never had a problem with them. $ 25 for a $ 7 ride

Absolute worst customer service EVER. There was a problem with my account. I have been unable to get a satisfactory response via email or phone. While I like the service itself, I dont recommend using lyft. They dont care about the customer only the bottom line Über gets my money!

call our home all hours of the night, have never nor will never use this service. when we call to complain we get swearing and ugliness… next stop police report for harassment. go away weirdo’s creeps of lyft… what is you problem??? why do you harass people that do not even use your service? scam? or prank calls for a former phone number? don’t know. but what you are doing is unlawful now… hellooooo p.d.

App lists your location 3 blocks away from your actual location at time of pick-up requests. Drivers bail on your agreed pick-up. Thanks a lot MUTAZ, you punk chode smoker.

I love using lyft it’s a quick and easy way to get a ride from a friendly member of the community. I use it to go out to the bars and shopping. It’s great because it’s cheaper and much more fun that using a taxi.
