I have only given blood twice, but my experience here was fantastic. Everyone I dealt was nice and friendly, and there was no wasted time. Compared to the center in San Bernardino, there was no wait (I made a reservation, but wouldn’t have even needed too). I’ll definitely be coming back to this center.

I had donated for years at CHOC but when I moved to the IE I still wanted to help. My boyfriend told me about this place and I love it. Great staff. They feed you well and there always to be a gift walk away with.

I donated blood today. The staff was nice and friendly. I liked it. I will definitely be donating as a regular.
So I decided to donate blood because my class was offering extra credit. I decided to go here. I made an appointment online. I came early and they registered me in. Then they took me back and did a quick physical. They check your iron level with a tiny prick on your finger. After, they check your temperature, your blood pressure, and your pulse. Then they’ll give you a questionnaire and screen you if you’re a candidate for donation. I was a good candidate so Ib proceeded. They’ll sit you down on a trippy chair that makes you feel like you’re sinking. Then they’ll actually collect the blood. I was really scared, but it wasn’t that bad. When the needle goes in, it hurts a bit, but then you don’t feel anything. The whole blood collecting process took about 10 minutes. Maybe less. Then they’ll make you rest a bit in the lunch area where you can get a free drink and snack. Took less than 30 minutes to donate blood and save a life. You should consider donating!

Became a regular this year and I have to say I love this donation center. Very friendly and professional experience everytime (especially if you’re donating specially in the back). Gonna make it to the Wall of Honor soon and these great have been making the trip an amazing one.
There’s always a need, if you want to donate, these guys are your people!
