Jones Dry Cleaners

8 shirts, 2 pairs of slacks…$ 30. You would think that for that price someone there would know how to iron. The quality of their job was absolutely horrible. It took them five business days to turn this order around. The old lady working the counter is sweet, but that does not make up for their lousy performance.

My only dry cleaner for past 8 years! The best service! They actually do cleaning on premise so turn around is fast. Hate other places that u drop stuff off and they transport your stuff elsewhere to have done. They do regular laundry and alterations too! Love em.

This great family owned business knows their stuff! Brought in 3 vests (that I ordered online and were too big) to have altered. They fitted them perfectly, had them all ready in a couple of days and at a very reasonable price!

I have been taking my dress shirts, suits, sweaters and jackets into Jones Dry Cleaners for 35+ years and am happy with the service they have performed and continue to provide. Jones Cleaners keeps their customers clothes and drapes onsite; they launder, dry clean, steam and press their customer’s items via their in-​house plant and own equipment; thereby, not subletting the clothing and drapery to other cleaners. Many cleaners release clothing to off site plants because they do not have the equipment or permitting to do the job onsite/​in-​house. To be fair too, regardless of the business type, I always check my items before leaving the store, and on the rare occasion where I see something that needs to be addressed, such as a wrinkle that needs to be repressed I’ve pointed it out to the store and asked them to take care of it. And, they’ve taken care of me right then and there-​because they’re willing and able to. Some dry cleaners that I have been to during out of town travel stints can’t because they don’t actually launder and/​or press items on site… so I wait until my return and take it to Jones Dry Cleaners. I always know that the service and product they provide will be to my satisfaction and my item remains in their possession and on their premises.

The zipper on my only pair of boots broke the day before Thanksgiving. I brought them in and they took their time to cut and fix my zipper! Saved my outfit for the big dinner! Thank you!

Since moving to Riverside I’ve been dropping off my suites and dress shirts here. Fairly priced and turn around is competitive. You can tell it’s a family owned and operated business and they’re always very friendly.

We had a stove fire in our kitchen, which fortunately did not burn up much but the smoke made most of the downstairs stink something horrible. All our drapes, wool area rugs etc had to be cleaned. Jones did an excellent job & both picked up & delivered. We were very pleased with them & would recommend.

I have to recommend Jones Dry Cleaners. I am a business man by professional specifically in the legal field so I practically live in my business professional clothes including dry clean only suits. As my attire has improved and I am purchasing a higher quality of suits I find that it is more beneficial for me and the life of my suits to utilize a good dry cleaners. I have been to many different cleaners and tailors, however, I have not been impressed. I just recently stumbled across Jones Dry Cleaners and I think I am going to stay with this business. The employees have been nothing but professional and polite. They have a decent turn around time and they have literally rejuvenated my trouser by stitching and removal of stains from ties. I am sad to say that we were less than satisfied with the service we received from Jones Cleaners.
We bought new pre-​made drapes for our home that required alteration and pressing. We took them back twice to be repressed because they were so bad. The alteration was also less than satisfactory. After yet another call to complain, the manager came to our home and steamed them. He told my wife that her expectations were too high! We think his expectations are way too low.
We will not be using Jones Cleaners again.
