First time going here. She did a good job on my nails and was very friendly to me.

The worst … over all everything, i pulled my foot out of the spa and cockroach was on it. then there was tiny ones crawling on the ground next to the chair. the service sucked they left old polish on my nails didn’t even help get my shoes on so my toes were messed up. spa pedicure was just sock your feet and wipe them off then polish, Never again don’t waste you time or money

I have never had such a HORRIBLE experience getting my nails done! Both ladies working there on a Saturday were in such bad mood I was afraid to ask any questions. They charged for everything they could possibly charge for which I normally wouldn’t mind if they did a good job. She didn’t even let me pick out a color for my nails without rushing me and telling me that I could pick it at the end and only took a few to my seat to choose from after she finished my manicure. So rude. Never again!

This is the worst place to go to!!! They never have enough staff and that causes you to wait a really long time. I used to go there for a long time to get my brows done and the girl that used to do them was really nice. After a while I started noticing that she was very hostile and always in a bad mood. Scared to go anywhere else to get my brows done, I kept going even though she was always rude. Every single time I went, she would make me wait over an hour just to get my brows done. I started feeling like she was doing it on purpose. Unfortunately for my sister, she went a few weeks ago and had the worst experience with her as well. My sister being the chatterbox she always is, was trying to make conversation with her and asking her how her day was going etc. their conversation was rudely ended when this woman very bluntly told her to STOP ASKING HER QUESTIONS! I couldn’t believe her nerve to be so rude to the people that are giving her business. Don’t waste your time going here. If you want to get pampered you deserve to go somewhere you will be fairly treated.

They need to hire more staff. There’s always just 2 lady working and there always busy and they always rush and don’t do a good job. I used to love this place until today. Never coming back here again or brining my mom or recommending it to anyone.

The first thing i noticed when i walked in was that it was kind of dirty but I was with my mom and didn’t want to make a big deal because we were having a girls day out. She was having a stressful week and i was hoping this would be relaxing for her… she loves to get a pedicure. There were two girls working the afternoon we came in and one was busy so i waited and let my mom go first. My mom is 73 years old and has arthritis so cannot do her own pedicure. The girl immediately started complaining about how bad her feet and nails were and that it should be my moms job and not hers to clean the nails. My mom looked so sad i wanted to cry. the lady kept harassing her and i thought my mom was about to cry, i told her we should leave but she was already there so didn’t want to. They didn’t even buff the top of the nail… its been 3 days and the polish still feels gummy and has wrinkles. Horrible experience! They discriminate against the elderly and use inferior product.
