Not a good in and out.
Only 3 outside tables. No inside seating.
Only one window for ordering and picking up.
The lady that took my order was kind of rude and/​or not having a good day.
I’ve never experienced service like this before.
The drive through lanes are designed bad as well.
Definitely won’t come back to this location.
Other locations rule though :)

This in n out is a grab & go location. They have 2 drive thru’s and the line is usually all the way to the street. Its pretty small and slow. I would recommend going to the right side of the drive thru because the left side you have to reach over to pay, which is an inconvenience. The burgers and fries are good though.

Not the normal «In-​N-​Out» experience AT ALL. The drive-​thru emptied twice while waiting for the food at the dine-​in window. It took 26 minutes to get the food and then it wasn’t even good! The french fries were barely done and AWFUL. VERY DISAPPOINTED. :(

You can go wrong with In N Out burger! This has to be one of the best burger joints I have ever tried. I’m not really a big meat eater and the only time I will eat meat is in a hamburger and the only hamburger I will eat is in n out lol the fries are my favorite. They are so fresh and you can taste the difference! The shakes here are also so gooooood! Not too sweet just right. Milky and hits the spot: p the service is always super quick and the orders are ALWAYS right :) also the customer service is amazing is everyone is so sweet. The only thing that sucks is that around lunch time or the weekends it gets soooo packed. It takes about 30 min to an hour to get burgers sometimes. Other than that it’s worth it if there are that many people willing to wait for a burger lol I wish they had more parking!!!

Currently sitting in line… I love the food at in n out but this line is literally taken 25 minutes at this point and I am not even to the window. There is no way that a line of 8 or so cars on each line takes at least a half hour to get food. DO NOT COME HERE THINKING DRIVE THRU WILL BE A REASONABLE WAIT! Worst part is once you are in line you are stuck and can’t change your mind and leave :(. This is ridiculous!!!

The past have always been 4 star experiences minus the long line/​wait (at least we get to be in the comfort of our car). However, recently, they were quite busy (as usual) and we got burnt bread which really ruined the taste of our hamburgers. I like how they have an employee walking out from car to car to take orders in line, which speeds up the process. Also like that you can add extra lettuce without an additional charge. Plus I recently discovered I could get my fries well done and prefer this much more than the regular not-​so-​crispy fries. We just never got burnt bread at any In-​n-​Out before (picture attached).

Slowest In N Out ever. You can expect to wait about an hour in the drive thru.
Food is still delicious, but could we speed it up a bit? The line blocks traffic.

Another great experience at another location. This location has 2 drive thru lanes and a walk-​up window. They don’t have inside seating so if you’re wanted to sit in a A/​C room, stay in your car and go thru 1 of the drive thru lanes. They do have their classic outdoor seating. It’s average size and seems very clean.
Don’t let their long lines fool you because they had both lanes flowing pretty quickly. As usual, very friendly employees ;)

My co-​worker and I were starving on our way to Riverside today and stopped by this In-​N-​Out for lunch. I honestly had NO idea there wasn’t an inside seating area until I got a little closer to the window.
I was impressed at the double drive thru, but inside seating is sometimes nice to have when you just wanna sit and relax… they do however have some outside seating.
At first I did think the drive thru was taking a bit longer than usual, but once I realized what it was, it made sense!
Food was fantastic as usual, obviously! ;)

In-​N-​Out is one of those places you know is going to be amazing no matter what– and I’m a vegetarian! I always get the same thing, grilled cheese animal style and fries! It’s an eating experience that I can only enjoy occasionally, otherwise I would spend all my money on bigger pants and wouldn’t be able to afford to come anymore. I don’t know where my east coast friends get their fix, but all I can say is «go west young man» and make it animal style!

In N Out is amazing. Simply put yummy all around. I love the French fries. They are my absolute favorite.
I’m a vegetarian so I get the grilled cheese. It’s pretty good, of course off menu. You should give it a try!

The lines are always long here and there are two «competitors» across the street with no lines. They are very efficient and the line moves fast. There is seating outside but only about four tables.
Add chopped chiles for a California spicy treat!
Unfortunately this visit was a take home meal. I ordered a DD with chiles and when I got home I had a plain DD with no chiles. Some other customer is going to be pissed. Also my boy got sauce on his plain double hamburger plain. I thought if they paid these people a lot they could get it right. This is NOT the first time it has happened either. I didn’t go back because the food was amazing anyway, but it was not what we were really jonesin for.
