Hair Majesty

I’ve driven pass this salon for years and finally decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. Christine did a fantastic job cutting my hair just the way I wanted it. Everyone in the salon was very welcoming. They included me in conversations just like I was a regular and a friend. I loved that. Whenever I need my hair done, this is where I’m going from now on.

I found this place just calling the salons that had good reviews, and the reviews didn’t lie ! Amazing staff !! Very friendly ! I got a cut and dye job and it turned out great !! I feel so fresh ! lol and my mom got a hair dye and mani and pedi. She enjoyed getting her nails done .
overall it was a great experience !!!

Found Hair Majesty through Groupon. Rashell has always done an amazing job with my Brazillian Blowout. Such a sweet person. Suzy does my hair color. I was a mess going in. Nothing matched. Suzy took my dry, inconsistent colored hair & has improved dramatically. I love it. Prices are awesome

My family has been going to Hair Majesty since they opened. When my son was younger I could send him to see Chris while I was at work and know that he would exit the shop with a cut that I would approve of. Christine Gonzales is great and patient and has become a trusted and supportive friend rather than just my hair stylist. Everyone is the salon has always been personable and willing to help when you walk in the door. This is a neighborhood salon and many times you can see your own community in the shop. I highly recommend Chris and Hair Majesty for all hair care needs.

I was looking for a new stylist, and someone who could fit me in to touch up highlights and cut my long hair before Christmas, less than a week away. Somebody said to call Susan (Susie) Gonzales @ Hair Majesty. After reading other reviews, I contacted Susie who fit me in on the 23^rd. The salon was very busy and everyone was so fun and friendly. I immediately felt at home. Susie suggested a few things for my hair, which I really appreciate because I believe a stylist should make suggestions. Anyway, she did an absolutely fabulous job on my long hair, the color is absolutely perfect and the cut, too. After 25 years with my precious stylist, Susie will be my new stylist. Oh! And she is a really fun, sweet person to boot! I could have sat and chatted with her all night long.

Came across this GEM on groupon and I’m hooked! Rochelle is amazing as are all the stylists at Hair Majesty, all the clients I saw left with gorgeous hair! Rochelle is the sweetest, everyone is super nice and friendly and make you feel welcome. The best salon!

I came across Hair Majesty via a Groupon deal for a Brazilian Blowout. I’ve had 2 blowouts done by Rochelle and am completely satisfied. I had never had a blowout and had several questions but Rochelle was great about explaining the entire process and answering questions. The entire process takes about 2 hours for me (this varies according to hair type and length).
I noticed a major difference in the time it takes to flat iron my hair (from 1 hour before the treatment to 30 minutes after). It lasts approximately 12 weeks depending on hair washing frequency.
The salon itself is clean and well lit. Rochelle is easy to talk to and always pleasant.

Christine Gonzales is the best. After being highly recommended to this salon I went and asked for the person who is good with fine hair. I was sent to Christine and she is great with my fine, delicate hair. I went there recently and Susie was away and the stylist I got was not good with fine hair and really butchered it. Susie was able to salvage my hair and get it healthy looking again. I have seen some great hair cuts especially on people with long thick hair. So many of the stylist are good. But Christine is awesome. If you want a good stylist you will have to wait for an appointment because the good ones are booked.

I’ve been coming here getting my hair cut for over 20 years, I also go to 1 other spot in Riverside from time to time. Hair Majesty’s about twice the price, but it’s worth it in my opinion. It’s not really the typical place a guy would go for a hair cut. But Christine’s great as is everyone else there. I don’t know how their prices compare for all that fancy stuff females get. But I know it’s top quality results. While I’m not into much more for a trim, I do come in about once a year for a manicure and I had my 1^st pedicure last year. The Pedi was surprisingly nice. Will be back for both. Oh yeah I have really awful hair which is a chore for anyone to cut well. The fact they can hook me up here and I don’t leave looking homeless is really a testament to how good they are.
Also everyone who works there’s super nice, And I still see the same faces from my 1^st visit which is a good thing. It feels like family when you’re here on a regular basis — as corny as that sounds lol.

I had Rochelle work her magic on my locks for the first time almost a year ago then again back in March. She has done two Brazilian blowouts on my hair so far and did a beautiful job! She was sweet, kind and professional along with the rest of the staff working at Hair Majesty. I highly recommend and know you can trust them here.
I recently purchased a groupon through Ivy Salon and Spa and they ruined my hair. I will never ever cheat on Hair Majesty again!

I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian blowout for $ 99. I called in to make an appointment and was told I would be called back. Well a week past and I called them to check on the status of my appointment, they set me up for a week later. I have very curly hair and a lot of it so I was excited to tame my mane. It took four hours to complete 10am-​2pm. But thee results were worth my hair pretty darn straight but the best part is it is so smooth. I bought the shampoo and conditioner for Brazilian blowouts. It was pricey $ 65. But I want to keep my frizz free hair for as long as possible. All the ladies here are nice and seem to be friends weigh every client that walked in which was nice to see. I do not talk much during any service like hair, nails, waxes, etc but conversation was nice and free.

I give this place 10 stars if I could. My hair looks fabulous thanks to Rochelle !!! I did the Groupon deal for the brazilion blowout and I’m so glad I did! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming! I will be coming back again.

I bought a groupon for Hair Majesty for a facial/​brow design. I’ve had facials at hair salons and was never satisfied so I usually stick to Day Spas. But I thought I would give it a shot and I was blown away! Everyone was very friendly at the salon and I had a great feeling once I walked in. Rochelle did my facial and it was amazing. She took her time and focused on my trouble areas. She did a better job than the Day Spas. I walked out looking more youthful, smooth and with beautiful brows. Job well done!

This is a family owned salon, which I have been going to since its opened… I’ve tried other places for nail services at times due to time constraints but its never the same atmosphere… I would never consider it for my hair… Susie, is the best color specialist in riverside… and better yet she helps train and guide all the stylists in the salon… they all take special classes to keep up to date on the newest trends… the service is outstanding… a lot of the girls are actually related and they treat you like family, also… I love this salon…

After too many bad haircuts, I find it extremely difficult to trust just anyone with my hair. Not many stylists know what to do with thick hair (some have even charged me extra), and following the departure of my long-​time hair guru to Minneapolis, I thought I’d never be able to find a trustworthy stylist again…
…that is until I decided to give Hair Majesty a try. They are so extremely warm and welcoming, and they make you feel like a member of their family (the complete opposite of most salons where they ignore your presence for 45 minutes).
I walk in and get a hug from everyone in the place. It’s like Cheers, but with way less booze and way better-​looking people. They’re always laughing and, most importantly, they LISTEN to you.
Susie has taken care of me every single time, and I will never let anyone else touch my hair. We’ve been through the gamut together – color, extensions, cut, Brazilian blowout – and each time I leave feeling and looking wonderful. She has never once scoffed at my requests (blue extensions, then white extensions, then coloring back to black), and she’s as professional and courteous as they come. She’s explained every process to me as well as options to keep my hair healthy which is something I appreciate greatly.
Give them a try. You will NOT be disappointed. I highly recommend Hair Majesty without reservation.
