I recently bought a 22 year old magazine in OK condition with a note and signature to a fan from Kurt Cobain. I was really nervous to leave the piece with Fernando since it was VERY expensive and one of my most prized possessions, but after talking with him I felt the piece was in good hands. The magazine needed to be preserved along with being framed. I decided on museum anti reflector glass, black matting and black frame with some red it in to match the red in the magazine cover. Fernando also took photographs of the inside article and inserted them on the back of the frame. When I picked up the piece today I was AMAZED by the quality of the work and the price was not even close to what I was expecting! This store should have 2 money signs, not 3! I will be going back to Guzapa Art and Frame for all my framing needs. Amazing customer service and great quality and WAY less cheaper than Michael. I also appreciated that Fernando really seemed to have a passion for what he does with artwork.

Let me say this first, I’m not knowledgeable on molding or custom framing. I haven’t had a custom frame /​molding for a picture or print before until recently. I really wanted to go to a local frame /​molding shop. But, after getting a print custom matted and framed from this shop, the experience and end result makes me a fan of getting custom molding /​frames.
This place is awesome. On the walls are samples of hundreds of various different moldings. Some areas, there are completed custom framed pieces waiting for their owners to pick them up. This place is a gem.
The shop owner /​picture framer, Fernando Guzman, is really nice and friendly. I showed him the print and he gave me some ideas on what to do with it. After talking and looking over different moldings and matte colors scheme, he gave me a total price, which seemed fair and within reason. He even gave me an estimated date of completion and finished it before then. The end result is a beautiful print that’s framed and hanging on a wall right where I’m typing this up.
This will be my go-​to shop for custom framing. And, if anyone wants a quality custom frame job, I’ll point them to this location.
