Great Furniture, POOR Customer Service In August, My Boyfriend and I went to Furnish 123 to order a new bed set that specifically had an under storage on both sides of the bed(four drawers under the bed). We first encountered Selena, who stated that she would be able to accommodate our needs, and even went to great lengths to show us a picture of what we wanted tin their catalogue because it wasn’t on the floor. Selena gave us a card with a price which we thought included the TOTAL bed set(bed frame and under storage). Fine. We arranged for the bed set to be delivered on September 29th. When the bed set was delivered, there were no under storage drawers. I had to RUN after the delivery to ask them where they were? Robert, one of the delivery men suggested that I call Furnish 123 because they had not come — but no one told me — not the store OR the delivery men. I called the store, talked with Elizabeth, who informed me that the drawers had not come — ONTHEDAYTHATTHEYWEREDELIVERED. There was absolutely NO communication between Furnish 123 and I, which angered me because I paid for everything in one shot. I ultimately had to wait for almost THREEWEEKS for my under storage to come and they didn’t even deliver both of them because Selena told me that they only charged me for two when I SPECIFICALLYASKEDFORFOURDRAWERSUNDERMYBED which was WHY I GOTTHEBEDSETINTHEFIRSTPLACE. Yes, I was and still am pissed about it. DON’T GOTOTHESEPEOPLE if you do not have to. The only people who communicated well were the delivery men, and I feel sorry for them.

As far as the price, not bad at all. Everything else, not so great. Im currently going on 4 hours after my scheduled time for my furniture to arrive. The drivers called said they would be late and now an hour and a half later no call. Well… Except the call I made 2 times to check on the drivers. I understand things happen in between stops, but communication is definitely key. I’m sure if my card declined or I missed a payment they wouldn’t be as understanding as they expect us to be.
