We went in yesterday on Fathers Day for my husband and son. The lady who did my son’s haircut did an excellent job and was very fast! Seeing as how we were the only customers at the time. I believe she was the manager. The lady who cut my husbands hair was extremely slow and proceeded to harass him about getting extra things. Finally I guess he agreed to a treatment in hopes of getting her to stop and to speed things along. I didn’t know any of this as I was waiting with our 3 children. All I knew is that is was taking a long time and was confused when she took him back to the hair washing station again. It was annoying since it was Fathers Day we had other plans and she just took forever!

Trim with Diana. Came in with my hair blow dried and flat ironed. She gave my thick hair a good trim. I’ll come back.

I came in on my birthday past month and got a great result.
But I came in yesterday and no one was there and she rushed through cutting my haircut. Didn’t dry my hair enough so my shirt was soaked, I said finger length on the top and on one side it’s finger length, but on the other side it wasn’t barely touched. So upsetting that even another hair stylist walked by me and didn’t acknowledged me at all.
Customer service was great but quality.

I have gone to Fantastic Sam’s for a couple years now and had a regular stylist at a location in Corona. Having recently moved to Riverside, I wanted to try a closer location and walked into this one today. I have to say I was very pleased when I left, probably more than the results I had gotten from my previous stylist. Diana is very professional and did a great job on my highlights!

All I have to say is MYRA!!!
She does a great job on my hair and she is super friendly. I have been going to her for almost a year now, and will continue as long as she is cutting there.
I even moved away from the area, but I still make the trip.
The rest of the staff are friendly as well, however I always stick with MYRA.

Love love love Brittany! She transforms my crazy hair like its nothing. I did previously try a different hair dresser here and she was very rude, glad I gave this spot a second chance, and I haven’t seen the rude girl since!
