Elegant Window Tinting

I’ve had Chris do the tint on our new car last year, I thought there was a problem with it and he came out the next day to explain what I thought was a problem… he has since done my dad’s, cousins, and now our new 428 … Due to a misunderstanding, he originally did the car all dark, which he was told to do, but we wanted the back 3 windows limo and the front 2 just dark… He came back a couple days later and fixed «OUR» mistake without a problem… I will keep referring him to anyone that needs a tint… I posted the pic of our 428 above…

When you hire someone to tint windows on five cars and they tell you there’s a lifetime warranty you expect a phone call to be returned or calls to be answered. With Chris you won’t get that. Out of the five cars he’s done for us 3 had to be redone and 2 of those jobs are still incomplete. I’ve called multiple times left messages, text messages and Fb message and get no response. Funny when I called from a private number he finally answered said he’d be by the next morning to fix one of the jobs and never showed. Since speaking with him then he’s never answered or contacted me back. That’s bad business. I’m sorry I ever used him and I will never use him again nor will I refer him. I guess I should’ve known when he didn’t give any type of receipt it wouldn’t be lifetime and he wouldn’t stand behind his work. When he did the show up to do the jobs he left the tint backing all over the ground and it blew all over my neighborhood when he was parked and working right next to our dumpster. A good business owner would make it right and not make their customers jump through hoops. Window tint is suppose to look nice not be full of bubbles or lil knicks. That’s what you’ll get from elegant window tinting.

No paperwork involved, no receipt. Had work done on my car and home. Both had flaws. Was told work was guaranteed. Chris said he would come by, he didn’t come on date and time so we rescheduled and he didn’t show up then either. He did me a favor. I would not recommend anyone I know to him. Unprofessional.

I talked with Chris last night. He was here RIGHT on time this morning, charged EXACTLY what he said, answered EVERY question that I asked, and was very pleasant and professional about the whole thing. His price was a fraction of the cost of anyone else in Corona with a lifetime warranty included.
The best part? He came to us. I didn’t even have to take my car out of the garage!
