I love DD, but I have never had a positive experience at this location. The staff is rude in the drive thru and they never make my coffee right even after they repeat my order to me. The only reason why I go to this location on occasion is if I am running late for work because it’s the closest DD to my office. I typically go out of my way to another location because their service is so terrible. More pleasant staff and quicker service at the DD on Roosevelt Rd in Broadview!

SENIORS BEWARE… If you order any combo (that includes a coffee) the manager, «Mike» will not honor the AARP discount for an additional free donut. All other Dunkin Donuts locations honor the AARP free donut. Never going back to this location!

This was horrible. This is one of those dual stores co-​located with Baskin Robbins. I was feeling a little sweet tooth so I went there for ice cream. They had a horrible selection of ice cream cakes so I opted for just a single and I will stop by another DD on my home. First the cashier had just handled cash and then filled my ice cream. The ice cream had freezer burn and cone was STALE! So unsanitary and not fresh supplies. Which tells me that their donuts are just as BAD. Horrible! Stay away.

Just got home from here. Everything was wrong nothing was good. And how do screw up@ Dunkin Donuts. The Donut and muffins were stale my carlem ice latte had a cup fukk of ice. My bf oreo blast was not sweet @ all. Tasted like burnt black coffee with whip cream and cookie crumbles. Gross will not be returning.
