Done Rite Heating & Cooling

Had an HVAC emergency a late spring/​summer morning and the AC was no functioning at all. Found ‘Done Rite’ online (Google) as they were relatively close to us. The previous company who serviced this homes HVAC is no longer is business (I have learned why). Was promised a 1 HR arrival time and came 15 minutes early. But that was amazing as some other places I’ve called in HVAC crisis (previous occasions during winter) and none were ever as responsive as these guys.
Brian came and let me spit out my jargon on what I thought was wrong. Listened and immediately got to work. It was definitely a task for a professional as the wiring was messed up when initially installed. He checked over all the system components and educated me on different aspects on the HVAV system in my home. Even took the time to educate me on making it more efficient. I know most people are like «that is what they do to get you more money», but he really focused on how the more efficient HVAC would ultimately save me money over time.
Got the AC up and running in I want to say less than an hour. Was truly a professional and the icing on top of the cake for a very reasonable price. I am extremely satisfied and with an area littered with HVAC companies, please save yourself some time and money and call ‘Done Rite Heating and Cooling”
