About a 4 – 5 minute wait to order, despite only having one party in front of us. Then, we find out they are out of ice after we have already purchased drinks. So much for iced tea. They were out if sauces as well. When we asked about ice about 20 minutes later, they told us it wasn’t working at all today. No apology, no refund for the drinks we couldn’t have, nothing.

Food is amazing. The girl at the register has the personality and care of customer service of a flea. If the train her or get rid of her this place will be bomb! 5 star no problem! Until then, Eastvale location is all over them.

The food looked great. I wanted to order a bake potato and told the guy I wanted it to go. I asked him if he thought it would fit into my purse because I was going to go see a movie. He called me a savage and his co worker started laughing. I asked him why he would call me that and he explained he does it all the time (bring things into the theater). I guess he was trying to equate himself to what he said to make up for it, but I felt bad. I ordered nothing and left.

Had it catered for Mother’s Day. The food was good at the restaurant however when we had it catered the ribs were a little dry I purchased 2 family size meals good for 5 – 7 peaple and paid $ 74 each. It was only really good for four people the signs were good but my favorite was the were the beans we tried everything from the brisket to the ribs and chicken it all had a very smoky flavor. I would eat at the restaurant again but I probably wouldn’t stick out because the food gets cold too fast in the containers they send you home with

HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE I had to throw away half of my food, all of it was cold except my beans. My 8 year old refused to eat her food also saying it was nasty and I didn’t even tell her my opinion not wanting to influence her in anyway. We will definitely not be returning, stick to Phils in San Diego it’s well worth the drive.

Great service, manager let me bring my mom in to sample everything for her mother’s day catering… Only thing we we’re disappointed was incorrect meal when I picked it up, I ended up just ordered more food because it was too crowded to speak with manager. We arrived right when it opened and it was already packed! Food is great!

Went in for Sunday dinner, kids eat free. It was really busy, as can be expected for a free meal night. The guests in line before us had six kids… holy cow! Anyway, the place was kind of messy. but the folks behind the counter were weighing their tails off. All smiles and served as quick as they could. The gal that made it to clean up in the dining area was a sweet heart… working around the bustle if people with a smile. She was even sweet to the kids running a moo muck. The staff did great, the did quality meet expectations. Thanks for the experience guys, this mama needed a night off from the typical domestics!

This place is pretty good! You can get a platter with two sides, a roll, and one, two, or three meats. The meat has a good smoky flavor. If it’s busy there may not be a table available inside. Also, I really liked that the restrooms were clean! I would come back.

Today was my first time trying this bbq place with my sister and we had the best experience from the customer service to the food. The food was so delicious with affordable prices & did I mention you get free soft serve ice cream! This will totally be our new favorite spot!

I called in an order for my entire office and I went to go pick it up. It was my first time having Dickey’s and it was awesome! All the food and bbq sauce was awesome but the only bad thing that happened was everyone’s order was supposed to have onion strings and they forgot them all. I didn’t notice until we got back to the office and opened up our food. It was slightly disappointing but the customer service provided by the cashier was great and the food was just so delicious:) I will be back again!

Good food, nice staff, yes I would go again and again!!! Perfect location while waiting for a movie to begin… my only dislike is they put your food on paper on a tray… No plate, kinda looks like the dog’s food when they give it to you… Woof woof!

I love BBQ. I don’t love Dickey’s. Everything was cold or slightly warm. I was looking forward to a hot bbq meal. Very disappointed. I ordered the 3 meat meal and my wife ordered the rib plate. The ribs were pretty good but cold. Not very impressed.

I know this is a BBQ place but I love their rolls. There’s something about that squishy buttery soft salty flavor that makes me mmmmm… rolls…
The ham has grown on me. I usually get the brisket and ribs but now the ham has made its way into the rotation. I also usually go with the double order of the bacon green beans.
The waffle iron fries are ok but they are made to order so it takes longer. You might have to wait if it’s busy there. I also don’t particularly like the loaded baked potato. It’s so dense.
This is a great place. They have free ice cream!

This is not the best BBQ ever. it’s a franchise for crying out loud, but it’s good, and it’s a great value. You really can’t go that wrong with the menu if you know what you want. If you don’t know what to get, just get pulled pork, it’s always good.
Remember, value means you get a lot for the money. The BBQ places I love mostly cost a small fortune, or you have to drive a long ways, but here in Riverside this place is right there at the Plaza and you walk in and have options, and there’s always a decent lunch special.

No rush to order, a variety of categories to choose from. Not a lot in each category, but it’s barbecue, done well. The place is small, but it was half full when I got there. I met a friendly family out front, which tipped my decision to go in.
I decided on the rib plate (5), it comes with 2 sides, pickles onions, and a nice roll? Kind of a biscuit, but shaped like ciabatta. It’s good no matter. Fast service, very tender meat, good flavor, comes dry, didn’t need sauce. I still went for sauce, 3 to choose from spicy, original, and sweet. The sauces were pretty nice. Due to the price I won’t eat here often, but I will gain. Sit down prices in a faster food setting. But, it’s good barbecue, so I totally understand the price.

This place really misses the boat on BBQ. I don’t recommend it. For BBQ it’s just okay. And for the price it’s really not worth it.
I do like the heated BBQ sauce out of the dispenser. That’s cool. But that’s the best I can say about this place.
BTW any self respecting BBQ place better have tri tip. They don’t.
