Hungry but no clue what i felt like having. Cocos has a huge variety. I resisted then urge to go with my normal breakfast for dinner. Chose chicken piccata which im not familiar w but sounded good. While my mashed potatoes n gravy had a sweetness i didnt like the waitress abigail/abby was happy to swap them. I chose squash and happy i did it was unbelievably good… yeah squash. i added a balsamic vinegar to my noodles. N my chicken was great with some yummy mushrooms. My waitress was very nice quick and helpful. when i asked about spiciness of a soup she didnt know and went and asked a couple co workers opinions. I also had a chance to inter act w manager erica. She was very informative. And knowledgable! Because of these two and the gen we al cleanliness friendliness and comfortable atmosphere ive decided to make this cocoa my new go to close place.(dennys across the street is out… ive had so many issues problems etc every visit to this Denny’s that its not worth the headache) And after discussing pies w erica i tried the lemon cheese cake… new fave!!! My only complaint… I tried accessing cocos. Website to let corp. Know about this great team and war unable to find contact info No survey No comments area And i used both addresses on receipt

Very busy today, but our waitress Heather made sure she attended to us in a timely manner, filled my coffee and got us the best deal on our order :). She also made sure our food came quickly and was hot ! Thanks!!!

I go here because it’s convenient. They turned over managers again, and are letting the place go a little. There’s nothing more disgusting when you’re trying to eat, and there’s quite a few tables with dirty dishes. The waitresses are great, understaffed, and under tipped. They just raised all their prices again.

I came in with my boyfriend tonight and he ordered a bacon cheddar burger and I had the Chicken Caesar Salad. The service was good as well as our server. But there was a hair in my boyfriends burger which gave us a bad food experience and I told the server about it and he took it back and gave us a new one. But he didn’t take it off our check and I told the manager about it but she didn’t seem like she cared. Don’t think I’ll come back.

The old waiter was so rude. I never gonna visit here. I don’t understand his attitude.

This review is mostly for the waitress and the rest for cook team. We came to Coco’s for lunch to celebrate my birthday on December 9th, and was served by Tanya B. Our orders were taken expertly despite one of our party having constant ideas of how we could better arrange plates per choices not people and one who couldn’t make up their mind. Tanya was patient and attentive. She had everything correct. *The plate arranger asked about pies and I mentioned I loved cherry pie.* Our food came in a decent amount of time, no complaint. It was hot, fresh, and delicious as is usually the case. I had a Belgian waffle and wanted strawberries. Even though they were out of season, Tanya made it happen. I had a warm cup of strawberry topping served with my meal. She was never invasive, only available. A great quality for a waitress. At the close of our meal, she brought me a complimentary piece of cherry pie for my birthday. Totally surprised me and was a very sweet gesture. We will be back.

Poor Service, Bland food, No attention to detail: I went for a early lunch today. Asked for both a breakfast and lunch menu. Got two lunch menus when it was only me. Ordered cheese steak sandwich. Stressed no onions and no peppers… Waited 15mins for the food. Male waiter dropped it off and said here u go, no onions no peppers… I opened sandwich and found onions… Wait a while for waiter to come back. He took plate and I waited longer for a remake. Meanwhile only one soda was had. Had to flag down to get refill of diet, I asked for diet twice and got regular. sandwich came out it was made right but undercooked and mushy fries… After meal I waited for waiter to get the ticket, I walked off and went up front to pay without getting the ticket. I am sure this would be a great place but I felt they were understaffed therefore customer experience suffers…

This has been the worst experience EVER. All our food was cold. It was a party of 6. I was the only one who just sent mine back. Some of us ate it and others tossed it aside. We eat here one to two times a month. The manager just laughed at me when I told her. I think BJ’s brewhouse will be getting our business now!!!

So… I’m giving 2 stars because nobody that worked here even management literally knew how to give gift cards. I came to buy 2 gift cards for family and they didn’t even know how. Completely ridiculous honestly. Train your staff before putting them out.

This restaurant is good you’re looking for large portions of traditional diner foods for a reasonable price and are craving some mediocre dishes(like how people crave crappy ‘Chinese take-out’ from time to time!). I went around dinner time and got the cheeseburger combo(lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, thousand island sauce) with sweet potato fries and tomato soup. The burger was dry and a little bit burnt but the other add ins really lightened it up — especially the lettuce! It was so crisp and I didn’t expect that from a nearly dead Friday night diner. The tomato soup was pretty basic — it was a nice serving size before your meal came and the sweet potato fries were good as well! If I were to go again, I think I would opt for their breakfast options(they looked promising and every party around us had at least one person with a breakfast dish) especially because they serve it all day! Service is great — the waiters/waitresses are attentive to your needs and desires and are very kind! Other: they started serving bread after you’ve ordered but they burnt a few pieces … It was fine but smelt crisp.

Hot coco is water based but the French dip was very yummy. Free wifi. Bathroom was nasty and needed cleaning but the restaurant looked clean and was quite.

Had the the best pork loin I’ve ever had at this random Coco’s in Riverside California… cooked to perfection. Ended up here for a late, late breakfast since the IHOP across the street was packed out the door. I hadn’t been to a Coco’s in years and really didn’t know what to expect… I was definitely surprised how good the food was and how great the service was. I ordered an obscure pork dish from their specials menu and I was truly, pleasantly surprised by how good it was… generally pork is over cooked at restaurants. This dish alone would bring me back to a Coco’s in the future.

This review is solely to praise the chef working today’s dinner shift, 6÷20÷15. Props to this guy! Ordered a prime rib dinner 12oz for carryout, got there are around the time they said it would take to prepare and they said the wait was going to be another few minutes because the chef was making it fresh. FRESH! I was super surprised and he definitely delivered great quality which I really appreciate so thanks man best of luck to you.

My roommates and I were only in the restaurant for five minutes to buy a pie in celebration of Pi Day, yet five minutes was all it took for Jessica, the cashier, to leave us with a horrible impression. She was extremely impatient as we tried to pick a pie since they were out of the banana cream pie we wanted. Meanwhile, she complained to her co-workers about being«stuck in the front.» Even if she doesn’t like being in the front as cashier, she doesn’t have to make it obvious to all the customers. On a positive note, our salted caramel cream pie was good but definitely not good enough to make up for the terrible service. To say the least, I’m not in love with the Coco. The stars I give it are low low.

Review is only for a pecan pie that I got. –I gave 3 stars for the server who was really nice. I don’t like docking stars for Coco’s because their pies are always bomb. Hopefully this day was a one off. The crust was burnt & the pecans were waay too hard to even finish a slice. How you gonna burn the crust? Idk about you, but for me it’s just as important as the filling! No cup of coffee or tea could’ve helped that pie go down.

I love cocos, but this place is hands down the worst cocos I have ever been to. The service is terrible. I was one of two people in this restaurant and my glass was empty several times. The food is tasteless and terrible. They were out of bran muffins first thing in the morning. I got my check so fast I was being rushed out and I wanted s piece of pie. The waitress was rude. I was served ice tea with so much black floaties I couldn’t drink it! Ugh just so bad.
