Classy Nails

I do not really care for this place but it has been a while since a manicurist has actually understood what I desired. I asked for almond shaped nails and I got exactly that. Despite the big tip I gave, Ann, put work and quality into my nails. I now know I can go to her whenever I need a touch up. If anyone is feeling my nails I highly recommend her, she’s the last table in the last row.

This nail salon advertises silk wraps, but they do not deliver. In the past 6 months, I have made two appointments, and in both cases, the nail technician did not show up. I gave them two chances, now it’s time to look for other options.

Totally love this place! Never had to wait more than 5mins and they have a great color selection and very organized! They actually listen to what you want and what shape you like your nails. I drive 40mins just to come to this place! The only downfall about it is that its inside Riverside mall so it kind of takes away from the relaxation part of getting your nails done but overall love this place!

This was so bad. I went on a busy Friday I went for a mani and the women made my thumb bleed. She put glue on the cut to make it stop bleeding!
Then she put too much polish because it was a neon color. The polish never dried even the next day! I was able to move the polish with my thumb.
Then when I asked for my money back and the manager refused. He said he would redo my nails if I got back in line and passed me a number. I got number 16 and they just finished calling 5!!!
I wanted my money back. I couldn’t sit wait and get my nails redone by this salon.
This was beyond ignorant. Worst service and bad management. Don’t get your nails here.

This has been by far the worst nail salon I have gone to. I had the manager do my full set acrylic nails. He did an awful job. First of all, he was way to ruff on my skin with the buffer and he ended up cutting me. Second, I asked for a rounded nail shape and they came out very uneven. And third, I let him know I wasn’t pleased with the shape and how uneven they were. He said that there wasn’t much he can do now since he already painted my nails. I was very upset. I am never going there again. Worst experience ever!

In the mall, I usually go to Lee Nails. I just do. Years ago, I tried Classy Nails and it was so mediocre that I considered buying polish remover at the dollar store on the way out.
Anyway, Lee Nails was busy so I revisited Classy Nails. What a wonderful surprise! The girl who did my nails was excellent and sweet and efficient. She had good advice for color choices and was clearly very smart and socially competent.
But the best part is I then asked for nail art. She told me to have another girl do it. This other girl did a MIND BLOWINGLY great job. This was no dot dot smear swirl thing — this involved several brushes, gradients of color, and a touch of glitter. This was true art. From now on, if I ever need nail art (hey! Cheaper than therapy!) classy nails is where I’m headed.

Saw Amy today for Gel nails! Best I’ve seen so far! Definitely going back!

They only get four stars simply because they are expensive.
Aside from price… I love my nails. The lady who did my toes did a good job but Amy the young lady who did my nails did an AMAZING job. I love my nails. This is the first time I got gel nails and I am completely pleased. I’m definitely going back.

Steven did my non-​chip manicure and wow he did an outstanding job! Very friendly, prompt service. Great nails that are STILL lasting for 2 weeks+.
In the riverside mall upper level

They lost 2 of their stars after today. I had Jake I believe his name is and damn did he do such a shity job. I went in to get a full set since I have a job interview tomorrow. Well as he was buffing my nail he kept cutting my skin and now I have mini scratches and burn marks going across my cuticles. and he did such a crappy job cutting the nails that I had to tell him to please cut the evenly. One hand was shorty on the nails than the other one. He also did such a terrible job applying the nail polish. Well Mr. Jake I believe its time you go and find yourself another profession cause the nail gig isn’t going well for you.
