A great place to go for coats, and other clothing… got my wife two nice coats for Christmas and a nice top… we also picked up some kitchen stuff… great prices… hard to find someone on the floor at times but it was busy…

It’s 7 pm on a Wednesday, the week before Christmas and there are 12 registers, but only 3 open. Lines are backed up and these are literally the slowest cashiers I’ve ever encountered.
Other than that, it’s your typical discount store: variety of items at decent discounted prices. Just make sure you have the patience to search through aisles of unorganized stuff and the time to wait for one of their slow cashiers to ring you up.
Gave an extra star because the cashiers were pleasant, at least.

Great deals, great prices, as good as Ross. 18 shirts, a skirt, a pair of shorts, 2 belts and isotoner gloves for 120 bucks. Woot!

Is it Burlington Coat Factory or is it just Ross for men. I love the good deals on men’s clothes. You never know what cool things you will find next time. Just got 15 shirts 2 belts and some shorts for $ 100.00

I wanted to give this place 0 stars. I have always shopped at Burlington. Recently I moved to riverside and when I found the store close to home I was excited. Last night I went in purchases over 200 in merchandise the girl at the register had no clue what she was doing. She charged our cards & added a new item and said that we needed to scan our cards again. To make the long story short I am now out of $ 200 and the manager Charles refused to give us the items we paid for and we have not received our $ back. Plus I’ve been on hold waiting for a customer service # for 20 minutes. Worst service ever! The staff needs to be trained they have no idea what they are doing

I work right next door so I’m always walking In to see what I can spend my money on. The associates are really nice and helpful. I found some shoes I liked but the size was too big. I asked the cashier if they might have smaller ones in the back. She checked the system and then said no but let me call the other stores. It was really nice of her to go out of her way with out me even asking her to check. She genuinely just wanted to help me find a solution. Unfortunately I must say the women’s clothes selection is not always the best. The men’s department does have a nice selection. As well as the kids department. I can always find something I like for my Hunny that’s casual or dressy. Great shoe selection for men and women.

I had a 20% coupon that they already had applied and the lead guy took it off because it didn’t have it in paper it was on my phone but I really couldn’t believe after they applied it they took it off I most definitely will not be going back it was ridiculous

I like his Burlington I always find something to get when I am here. It’s clean and the staff is nice. The Big and Tall mens section is the best i’ve seen. They usually have really good choices in that section especially when the guy i’m shopping for is picky. LOL The womens section can be a bit messy sometimes but it’s really easy to find what I am looking for.

Another one of the discount stores that I frequent looking for that good bargain. I went over here to look for a deal and actually walked away with one. But I have to say this store is so cluttered. Clothes lined up everywhere and you seriously have to look at all the racks just to make sure you don’t miss out on any deals. Some racks have the correct stuff but not all. They have a huge selection of coats but since its the summertime, I didn’t even bother looking. The shoes are a mess but the store is a complete mess. So if you want that bargain, give yourself an hour or two to make sure you comb through all the racks.
