Store is small and inventory is not that good.
Our shopping experience was uncomfortable.
Or was 78 degrees outside and 98 in the store.
They had the heater blasting. We brought it up to the sales associate, but she didn’t do anything about it.
Couldn’t even try on boots or breath as the heater was pulling up and bringing up the dust in the store.
Anyhow, asides from the inferno temperature their inventory is small compared to other boot barn stores.
They didn’t have our sizes and offered to special oder them for an extra fee.
No thanks.

Great staff! Super friendly and always there if you need them. Clothes are great and the boots are fairly priced. We love coming to this location to get everything we need. Plenty of parking and the store is kept clean and very organized.

I purchased a pair of Dan Post boots back in June (my own Fathers Day gift) and on Saturday night decided to go out. This was the 3rd or 4th time that i have worn this pair and when I was putting them on the pull tabs on my left boot broke. I was sad and disappointed to say the least. I called the next day and spoke to Michele the manager and she advised me to come on down and would take a look at them. She made my day! She advised me this is not a defect but she would let me replace them. They had the same pair of boots in stock and exchanged them with no questions ask. I have been purchasing boots for a while from Boot Barn and have never had an issue. The first and only time I have had an issue they took care of it with no questions or hassle. I didn’t expect them to do that and was looking for options to repair them. I believe she went above and beyond and although i was a repeat customer, I am now a Raving Fan. Thank you guys!

Come here to try on and then buy on zappos. They are cheaper on zappos, have free shipping and better customer service. They don’t give you boxes either when you buy a pair of boots here. Tried on a pair and was given the floor display (right foot and broken in) and then the matching left foot that was brand new and stiff. Came back the next day to get two matching boots (because I want to break both in myself) and was told the store didn’t have anymore. Lame.

Worst Customer service from Olga. My husband bought a pair of boots and returned them and was verbally beat up by Olga. A thousand questions and dirty looks from her. Really??? That’s how you treat your customers Olga??? You wore them and I can’t return them. He wore them for 5 minutes and knew he did not like them so we returned them. That’s it!!! Good job Olga

I have literally never had such good customer service… ever in any type of establishment. The sales people are so knowledgable and so nice! I went in here with my boyfriend who hates to shop, we told them exactly what he needed and they we’re on top of it. If we couldn’t find the shoe in the color he wanted they offered to order it for him and call us when it was in. No attitude for having to do extra work. I honestly wish I needed more stuff from this store.

I was looking for some ankle high cowboy boots, which they didn’t have. It wasn’t busy when I was there, mid day, middle of the week. In my opinion, a sales person should have been right there with me, trying to help me find what I was looking for. This was the 2nd Boot Barn I stopped at this day, and the experience was a little worse at this store, than the one in Norco.
Oh well, I had to order on line to find what I wanted. You would think a store as big as Boot Barn, would carry at least one or two short boots, for those of us who want them.

I spent the last week in search of a cowboy hat for my husbands trip to Texas. Four trips and two Boot Barns later, I finally found the perfect size and hat. The sales people here were super nice and helped me choose his hat. Their website is super misleading though– it made it seem like men only wore white straw or felt hats and women wore the brown straw hats. This boot barn isn’t as large as the Norco one, but Norco probably gets a lot more customers.
