Best Carpet Cleaner

I have been using Best Carpet Cleaning since 1998. I have to admit that i have tried other Carpet Cleaning Services (ChemDry & others) to have to call them back after a couple of days & traffic area dirt reappears. After trying others The light came on to go back to what was tried & true. I am a Satisfied Customer Once Again. Thanks Rodrigo & Best Carpet

I contacted the number on the flyer I received in the mail for 2 rooms and a hall for 49.99 I spoke with the he gentleman who answered and he agreed to come to clean the carpets the next day for the same price for three rooms because I have no carpet in the hall. He said he would be here at 11am at 11:40 I called he stated it wasn’t worth the drive for that price and it would be $ 90 since their basic clean doesnt do anything ! He was rude and talked over me and did not want to listen that he decided the prices on the flyer not me. He said he would come Sunday and had I not even given him a call to let me know he didn’t want the job I would have no idea and wasted my Sunday I made arrangements to be home. He was very unprofessional and when I said I was going to call and complain he said he was the owner and that was fine. I said well I will contact the BBB to report him not honoring his prices and he hung up on me. Please be aware this company sounds very shady if I could give a zero I would! And hint he said their basic doesn’t clean anything what does that tell you ?!

The Best Carpet Cleaner is truly the best! Great service and wonderful staff! The technicians are very professionals and the owner Rodrigo Martinez is all about pleasing the customer and fair pricing! Highly recommend using them on your next service, I know I will!
