Why is it sooo hard to get customer service from the «so called» reputable businesses??? Does anyone recognize customers make an input to businesses?
I was in the Moreno Valley day street area store. I noticed 3 people were in this power meeting with clipboards at the front of the store. Must be a power meeting I said to myself. I couldn’t find an item but I looked 3 times just to make sure. Two guys of the «clipboard committee» walked past me twice with no acknowledgement. I went to the cashier and inquired about my item. Turns out they actually didn’t have it in the store after all. She suggested they could order it.
I resolve I can do that on my computer at home. Even though I like your products bed, bath&beyond your in-​store reps need retraining badly. Since you won’t see me anytime soon this millennium, I’ll be an online customer.

Love that they always have 20% off coupons. This store is like most BB&B. They’re pricey but they tend to have good sales and a large variety.

Went to go register yesterday for my wedding. I must say, they were great! Eric the manager and another girl, (I’m horrible with names), but they were awesome! Constantly checking on us, answered any questions, and were so patient with us. Great customer service.
It was also her first time with the registry and she did great! Thank you again for all your help. Everyone that we came in contact there was very nice.
I also love everything they have there! Lol

I super loved this store. I bought some of my small kitchen appliances here and other things and so far I’m very happy customer since 2013. Loving the 20% off coupon they sent in the mail. They have friendly customer services and is willing to help whatever question I may have. I’m always returning to this store. I even recommend other products to my families and friends.

This store is amazing, all the employees are super nice!
My fiancé and I went in to create a registry for our wedding. It was fairly early so they didn’t have a gift planner so Randy the assistant manager was our gift planner. Let me say he was AWESOME! My fiancé and I were clueless about some of the products and the differences. We are so thankful for Randy and all his knowledge! He went above and beyond!!! ;-)

It’s true, i was bleeding before my shopping experience was done, though let me tell you my experience… It was a day like any other. I go in to buy a «Bed Rest Pillow» because I do a lot of reading. I ask one of the friendly workers if they have any in stock, even showing her a picture on my smart phone of what I was looking for. She told me where to find them, and I proceeded to hunt these pillows down. I find a whole wall of different colors and selection. At a great price CHEAPER than I was expecting! SCORE!!! I reach into one of the shelves, so overcome with anticipatory JOY that I accidentally scrape my finger on the shelf!
I was starting to bleed a bit, nothing like a slasher film or anything though. I ask Kathryn (seemed like a manager) if she had a band-​aid. She gave me an alcoholic swab AND a band-​aid. She asked me if I wanted to fill out an incident report and I politely declined. It was my carelessness, not the stores fault. I was impressed with how nice Kathryn was though.
All the other employees were super friendly as well! I am definitely a FAN OF THIS STORE! EVEN THOUGH I LOST SOME BLOOD BEFORE I LEFT =)

Definitely love this store and its chain stores in general. The best thing about this place is its well lit, packed to the ceiling (literally) with great stuff and it’s got just about something for everyone home.
I always love coming here when looking to add something new to the home.

Is it just me or does Bed Bath And Beyond always smell so good when you walk in? I came here one day to get one of those alarm clocks that projects the time onto the wall or ceiling. You see, I have bad eyes and I hate waking up trying to find my glasses (which usually falls to the floor somewhere) so I can see the time, or find my cell phone to check the time. I figured if I could project the time onto the ceiling in a bigass fontsize that it would solve this problem… and DAMMIT IT DID!
Anyways, they always have a wide selection of crap here, where I can find what Im looking for and more. What I was pleased with the most during my visit was the service. It seemed like the cashier chick genuinely cared about the customers. and her job! She even opened the box to make sure everything that was supposed to be inside, was. Sweet. And on top of that, I read her nametag, and her name was Clover. Coolest name ever, I wonder if she has a sister named Crimson.
Clover, you rock, and I will definitely be back to buy more crap I dont really need as seen on tv.
