Barr’s Furniture

Now this place I like! They really had some nice furniture on the floor, but I was trying to find something to match or sort-​of match an existing set I have and move our current bed into the guest room. He opened up his catalogs and really let me pour through them. Found EXACTLY what I was looking for. Really nice folks!

Our family has been buying furniture here for decades. Nick is always accommodating to our needs. Prices are very reasonable. This is a oasis of great furniture in a veritable wasteland of Inland Empire furniture stores. Don’t waste time and money going anywhere else! Get over there today!

I bought a $ 750 recliner that was pegged together with dowels and cheap plywood (3ply)…waste of money. My brother went in to buy a sectional and he was told to have a look around by the owner so he did then he decided he liked a set they had and he headed to the back of the store and the fat lady (owner) was talking about my brother walking around sitting his fat sweaty a$$ on all the couches… he just left without notice.

We have always had good luck in finding furniture at Barr’s Furniture. They have good quality furniture at good prices. The prices may seem high, however, the items they carry are high quality items that last a very long time.
This store has been around for ages. I think it must be family run and possibly passed down through the generations. The same way generations of our family have bought furniture from this store.
Today we received a desk and a hutch for my daughter to use in her room for doing homework. We had to order the desk from a catalog because it was not carried in stock in their store. It took some time after we ordered it. The delivery people delivered it right to our house and set up the desk and the hutch in my daughters bedroom. It looks great.

This is the only place we buy furniture. We’ve been going there so long we’ve watched each family grow up. The furniture is not cheap, but it lasts a long time.

WOW! I can say that every single time we have bought anything from here, it has always been the best in customer service and overall buying experiences. This is by far the best place to get furniture with the most friendly and personable people to assist you in finding something you really want or need. Recently we found a bed through them we thought we would NEVER find and ordering it was very fast, with delivery as soon as it came in! We are repeat customers because every time we have been completely satisfied with our purchase. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. You just can’t find that anywhere nowadays!

I was referred here by a friend who said they were able to get popular items like items shown in Ashley’s for cheaper. I went to Ashley’s found what I wanted, and went here and they were able to save me $ 300 off of Ashley’s «discount». I will tell everyone about this place! Thank you so much for your service!

Surprised no one has reviewed this place yet– it’s been around for 50 years. Admittedly, the other customers in the store didn’t look the Unilocaling type…
We wanted recliners so we went to the La-​Z-​Boy stores– those stores are impressive in size, but their service was pushy. They kept touting their guarantee, which apparently comes at extra cost (not sure though, they weren’t very clear). Frustrated, I called Barr Furniture– they can order direct from La-​Z-​Boy and it saves a bunch of money– I think we saved about $ 700ish on our sofa and recliner. Was able to call in the order and do everything over the phone, super easy.
I live over an hour away, so Barr’s delivery would have been expensive ($ 200, although La-​Z-​Boy wanted to charge me $ 150 and I’m not far from them…) so we picked it up ourselves. Browsed the rest of the store while we were there and they definitely have some quality lifetime furniture– and they have some of the cheaper stuff too. They said they can order anything I see at Ashley furniture but at a cheaper price.
The service was great, they told us all about the La-​Z-​Boys, how to maintain them, how to take them apart to get them in our front door, and to call them if anything goes wrong (the store has a guarantee on top of the La-​Z-​Boy guarantee.)
Even though it’s far, I think I’ll only buy furniture from them from now on.
