Awesome Awards – Western Trophy

If you do not harass the owner in the beginning of the year when they are the most busy, they will forget about your order. I remember patiently trying to do business with this establishment. I went after six weeks and my plaque was not done because they were busy. So I decided to give them more time. I went back after 5 months and they completely forgot to do my order. The excuse I was given was that they forgot and they were about to call me to see what I wanted to do with my certificate. All I did at that point was take my certificate back and go home. Its a shame that they did not bother contacting me within these six months. If they truly forgot my original purpose of going into their store, they could have called me. I left them my number with them. I understand that their mass order would bring them more money than my order, but that should have not been a reason to not even do it. If they were not able to take any more orders because they were busy, they should have just told me that they would not be able to fulfill my order due to them fulfilling Napa’s order

I knew about this business more than 8 years ago because they did our little league trophies, and at the time I only thought they did trophies. Boy did I experience a paradigm shift when I actually went to their store! I was like a kid in a candy store! They can do so much more! If you can imagine it, they can do it! Below is my history with them.
When I moved into my current house I bought a beautiful metal tree for my master bedroom entrance, and I wanted to have Psalm 1:3 engraved on it somewhere, which is what made me think of them. I went to the store and explained what I wanted and much to my surprise Don offered a very simple, low cost solution. Initially I thought this was going to cost me at least $ 100. He engraved the verse on a metal plate and in my opinion didn’t charge me enough. Because he was so gracious, I looked around to see what other business I could give them. I was very surprised by all the different items they had and it got my creative juices flowing. I then met Terry and Steve and we started talking about Jesus Christ, which only endeared me to them even more!
Since our initial meeting they have engraved license plates for me, an air force keychain, initials for a briefcase, and most recently my husband surprised me with a custom, beautifully engraved Valentine’s Day card! It definitely gives new meaning to a card lasting forever! I absolutely love it! I actually cried for at least 5 minutes because it was so beautiful.
I found out afterwards that Terry found the beautiful heart design for the card, Don as usual did a great job formatting it and engraving it, and Steve to my amazement actually bent the card by hand. I’m impressed because the card was bent so perfectly. I assumed a machine did it.
Our next project for them will be a custom, engraved congratulations card for when our son graduates and gets commissioned this Dec 2015. We are now thinking about what we want it to say and how it will look.
I’m so thankful to God for them! Terry’s creative gift and her heart of compassion really makes everything always turn out better than you originally imagined or asked for! Don’s excellence with detail, maneuvering and knowing the software makes all the engravings turn out perfectly and he knows how to do it cost effectively. Steve is an adventurer, he’s always looking to offer customers more and do business better. Recently he showed me a cool pen that also works as a stamp too. When they actually get the product in, I’ve got my eye on it as a gift for my husband. I think it would be a great product for banks and bankers.
These three people will not disappoint, they take pride in their work and in my opinion they don’t charge enough for how hard they work because they really put their hearts into every project and customer. They also exude contagious joy and lift my spirits every time I see them! They are definitely the only ones I go to for any type of custom work or engravings because they are trustworthy, talented, dependable, and I just want an excuse to visit with them! Awesome awards for these awesome three!

I called the day before Christmas Eve and the retired Air Force gentleman answered the phone, I told him that I was looking for the metal engraved labels that go in front if a painting for a christmas present. All the other places have to place orders and sub out their engraving plates, but they engrave right in the store. Had me in and out within 10 min. The other guy that works there too was very nice. I will go back there if I need any of their services again.

I must say they are the best and now I know why they were highly recommended… The trophies I ordered were better then I could have imagined… Will be my trophy store to go to for sure… Thanks Terry for such an awesome and quick turn around :)

I was in desperate need of 30 medals and half a dozen specialty awards with little time to spare. They were awesome and worked with me to finish them all in less than 24 hours! They even put our logo on the medals! Seriously, don’t go anywhere else!

Wonderful experience with Awesome Awards! I had a banquet for two cheerleading teams and needed a total of 29 medals and 11 trophies. We were on a super tight schedule (I had been on my honeymoon the week before) and needed them on a Saturday early afternoon. We desperately placed our order on Friday morning and I was able to pick it up Friday evening! Amazing! Even though their inventory was limited, I was able to get cute trophies anyway! She even added our logo on the medals! Highly highly recommend!

Awesome Awards truly lives up to their name. Terry and Steve were nothing short of incredible with there customer service. They took care of laser engraving my axe handle on a very short time schedule and were the only company capable of doing it. Not only did they have one laser that could accommodate my project, but they had TWO when nobody else within 50 miles could. Thank you again and I would highly recommend Awesome Award for all your trophy, awards, plaques or engraving needs.

Very helpful, descent pricing, and professional. They know their trophies. Brought in my request for 4 trophies on Tuesday, and they called at the end of the next day telling me the trophies were complete. She initially said it may take until the end of the week, but they were able to complete the task ahead of schedule. The trophies are perfect. Great business! Definitely doing that again.
