Aten Lock & Safe

I just bought a home in Riverside and needed to have my locks re keyed. I called Phil with Aten Lock & Safe and was very pleased with his prompt availability and superior service. Phil was extremely knowledgable and efficient in providing me with new keys to my home. The cost was comparable and they honored a discount for new home buyers. Sooooooo, I lost my keys… like completely, nowhere to be found, lost my keys, on a Saturday at that! Here I am in a panic due to the fact that I don’t have a spare and I have to work tomorrow. I hop on the internet and called 3 different key replacing businesses before I even got to Aten Lock and Safe. The first one quoted me a $ 200-​$ 300 rate. WHAT?!? No Thank You. The second one didn’t have anyone available to come out for service at all. The third one didn’t even pick up or have an answering machine despite their website saying «available 24hours». So my horrible hunt finally comes to end with Phillip. The man who made my dreams come true! (at a fair price as well) If you have read my other reviews you would see that I very rarely give a company 5 stars so this is a big yet VERY easy decision for me. He came to my rescue in about 30 mins which is how long it normally takes to get to my location from Riverside and he unlocked my car and made me not 1 but 2 brand new shiny keys. He made sure it worked on all the doors and the trunk in a timely manner. He was even able to make me a duplicate house key and saved me a trip to Walmart. As I’m sure you know, losing your keys can be a frustrating and irritating experience however I was lucky enough to have Phillip drive out and help me in my dire need on a busy weekend. Kind, personable, friendly, reasonably priced and efficient. If these are qualities that you’re looking for while fully replacing or simply making duplicate keys then you have come to the right place. I WILL be recommending him to everyone.

I called inquiring questions about my car remote as well as how to repair a broken key that can no longer be held on a key chain. I spoke with a gentleman named Philip was was extremely helpful in answering my questions! He made suggestions that would be more cost effective for me. It was less than a 5 minute conversation that helped me tremendously!

I never received services here, that’s because he never showed, or called to say he would not show up, I tried calling, no answer. Thank you for burning off a day where I could have acquired services through a different locksmith. I work 60 – 70 hours a week and commute very far with said vehicle who’s locks/​key you were to evaluate and fix. I now must spend 4 times as much on a Sunday («emergency» basis) because I have no choice (as stated this is my commuter car). A simple phone call or a «no I don’t have the time in my schedule» would have easily sufficed the headache I must go through now.
