It is very unfortunate that given the type of service they provide the sales representative Yuri didn’t feel it was necessary to be kind or respectful. We are at the National Cemetary and we just found out that Not only was Yuri extremely rude the date on the death certificate was not accurate so now we have go back to them to have a new one issued.

Back on 11/​11/​2015 (Veterans Day) I visited my father at RNC and noticed is Date if Birth was incorrect. I called Arlington immediately and told them the problem they were very helpful and told me it will be taken care of. I called RNC 5 weeks later to do a follow up and sure enough they had just received the new plaque and it looks great. Arlington Cremation Services is a very easy and professional place to work with.
