The electrician that installed from scratch did an amazing job on our fans. They have us a year warranty on their work. This month we called because one of the fans would turn on by itself randomly. This has happened for a few months now. We checked all the remotes and nothing. I called the company and described the incident. The gentleman told me he could get someone out the same day. However, there would be a $ 55 dollar service fee??? Seriously to come check the electrical work you did 6 months ago?! Pathetic. Talked with some friends who suggested checking the frequency. I youtubed on how to check the frequency of the remotes on my own. Problem solved. Thanks for nothing All City.
