Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

This verizon store is uniquely located inside of a BJ’s store, so I guess you could say it is a diamond in the rough.
My parents and I are in the area vacationing but due to grey rainy skies, we ventured out to replace my Mom’s broken phone rather than lounge on the beach. She didn’t need anything special because she only uses her phone for calls and texts so we weren’t looking for anything too glamorous, and the pop up Verizon store had everything we needed as well as excellent service. Their selection wasn’t huge but they had, in my opinion, the best phones that Verizon carries… And unlike BestBuy which had dead phones with fake displays, you could interact with all the phones to test them out. Gregory helped us out and was more than just a salesman, he was very personable and truely cared what my mom was looking for in a phone. He was very patient with my technologically-​impaired parents and was super informative. The good thing about the independantly-​run verizon stores versus the big-​named companies is that they care about their customers and will be honest and as helpful as possible to keep their small businesses alive with referrals and return customers. I won’t be in this area much longer so I can’t come back to Gregory with all my cell phone needs, so the best I could do to return the favor of excellent service was to post this review!!!
