The pizza here is good if they remember to deliver it. My recommendation, don’t get delivery from them. Pick it up or you may never get it.

This pizza is SO good. So so good. Honestly I haven’t gotten beyond just the classic cheese pie, but there’s no reason to! It’s the best. Always nice on the phone and pizza always shows up hot. I heart Sergio’s.

This place was once a good bet, but it has gone downhill for months. They have messed up our order 4 or 5 times now, and we are no longer going to tolerate things like undercooked pizza and missing items. When I called tonight to find out why they didn’t bring my salad, they said they were busy and all the orders went out with no salad. They obviously have no concern for their customers, so they won’t need to worry about us adding to their workload in the future.

The Buffalo Chicken Pizza is my absolute favorite. I usually don’t even wait to eat it at home… I usually sit in the parking lot and eat it because it smells so good. I never had a problem with customer service but they are always busy… which is a good thing.

Delicious and generous portions of pizza, with a good selection. I opted for a couple of veggie ones to take out — the grandma and the vegetarian. They were both delicious. I think the herbs made them extra special. Everyone else had the buffalo chicken (spicy), meat lovers, pepperoni and gave the thumbs up.
A great find for a friendly, quick meal.

Was waiting for my mom to get done at the dentist and thought I’d give this place a try. Best pie I’ve ever had! I’ve been to pizza restaurants all over the east coast and I gotta say this one is #1 on my list.

I’d love to give this 4 stars as the food is worth it… however, the phone service is ridiculous. They don’t understand your order, then apparently can’t find our house (gps?). The order took an hour to arrive, but even the cold pizza was delicious, couldn’t imagine how good it could be if it were hot!

Ok, they were super busy, and not overly friendly, but wait till you taste the pizza!!! Small seating area, but hey it’s in a strip mall… got the veggie slice and the meat lover slice… Just like new york pizza is supposed to be!

I didn’t even make it through the phone call. Guy on the phone bitched me out because I gave him my phone number with the area code. He yelled at me because he didn’t need the area code and said I screwed him all up. SO RUDE. I hung up before placing the order and before giving him my whole phone number! ;)

Excellent food.
One problem. The fat guido Italian-​tough guy wanna-​be behind the counter is a deal breaker. I was bitched out over the phone when I placed a delivery order because he was having a «bad day»
The delivery took an hour and I was hungup on when I inquired about the delivery order.
If that guy goes, the place is the best around. It’s a shame because the food is great and there are some friendly staff in there. This fat slob just tarnishes the place.
