DONOTEVENCONSIDERTHISCOMPANY. This company never set us up with a tank with a gauge so we could never figure out when we were getting low. Then the regulator broke because the tanks went dry and they delivered a new gas tank but then they locked off our gas because we weren’t home. They refused to credit our account for the cost of the regulator which broke due to their fault. Go somewhere else for your propane

1 star is too much for these greedy extortionists. Avoid these losers. Disconnect someone’s gas a couple days before thanksgiving for being 1 week late on a $ 100 bill then charge $ 140 reconnection fee and the earliest day you can get there is in JANUARY!!! Pure scum

Want to provide an update. Once I escalated to management, Paraco was very accommodating and did pay for the repairs to my home. I am still a customer.

Do not do business with this company, trust me. I became a customer only because they bought Synergy Gas, which was great. They topped off my tanks every week. Paraco charges $ 100 for an automatic reader. Their customer service is the worst. I have called for service and spoke to 4 different people who say will call me back and never did. So I never got any service.

Horrible customer service. Scamming company nickel and dining you for everything they can. I ran out of gas on a Friday did not get the gas until Tuesday. They charged me $ 109.00 for a safety inspection because my tank was empty ?? I never heard of such a thing. Beware of this Company.

I agree with all the other reviews, incompetent, scamming fools. Could not wait to get rid of them. If they do end up being only gas, I will switch my stoves back to electric. That is how bad they are, the electric company is better. That should tell you all you need to know.

DONOTDOBUSINESS with these scam artists –such a racket — they bought Amerigas and can NOT handle the amount of customers they now have. you have to order the gas pay up front in my case it’s $ 800 then they dont show up for over a week in which time you run out of gas so no heat, no hot water, no stove — they keep telling you they will deliver that day and then just dont show up — i am calling the Better Business Bureau next.

this company is a train wreck. a true 500lb. gorilla that throws its weight around. absorbent pricing, take it or leave it, since there is very few competitors on long island they control the pricing. has no regard for the customer, treats customers like crap. from upper management to the lousy salesman on the street. can’t wait for a new upstart company to come along, hungry and appreciative of customers that want a good company that treats you with respect.
