The Riverdale Town Center could be a nice place to have an event; however they lack direction and customer service. It takes forever to get a contract back, prices change at any time, and they do not go an inch toward providing you customer service. They ruined a magical moment and are not at the least bit willing to do anything to compensate for it. In our contract we arranged for a band and DJ to play outdoors. The power kept going out and it ended the reception. I do not think they were fully aware if the building could handle that much power. In the end the party ended 2 hours early and we were patted on the head, with a smirk and a grin and sent on our way. They do not care about the local consumer. Go somewhere, ANYWHERE else! It is just a REC center and can not fully accommodate a major event.
