I took the advice of other Unilocalers and scheduled an appointment online ahead of time for a new employee drug screen. I was in and out of there in 13 minutes total on a Friday afternoon. No complaints whatsoever!

The facility is clean; however, the technicians are extremely slow and are not considerate of peoples’ time. Currently, there are over 11 people waiting to be seen and only one technician is actually working. Furthermore, the staff is unprofessional-​cursing, talking loud, and on cell phones while working. Simply ridiculous!!!

The Riverdale Labcorp staff ROCK! Today while visiting this facility I personally observed a staff that was the epitome of professional caring individuals. Every customer that came in their facility were treated with respect and the staff did their best to support and ensure that their needs were met. I know this is supposed to be what companies deliver, but very rarely do you see an entire staff that works in concert to this end goal. I highly recommend this office.
PS: Good idea though to try and make an appointment if possible.

If I could give this office a negative star I would. This is the definition of being unprofessional in the work place. The «techs» if that is what you want to generously call them, has conversations about their personal issues while standing in front of the window, they did not acknowledge patients they simply continued to talk! They left the window unattended for extended periods of time, and the wait IS absolutely RIDICULOUS! If the employees would actually do their job, maybe just maybe the wait would not take all day. Stay away from this GHETTO LAPCORP.

Nice location. Clean, quick and friendly staff members at this location. They are usually open Mon — Sat and some Holidays as well.
If you go online you can actually get processed at the front desk quicker. Also don’t let the online scheduling fool you. If you are there earlier than your appointment time and no one else is there then they will take you at that time. I would suggest that you call them to find out if you need to follow any specific instructions, like do NOT Eat after Midnight. Having this knowledge would have helped me avoid the drive on many previous occasions to only be told to come back another day. But this time I knew better.
