After browsing their website as they claim to have natural supplements that can enhance the glutes, detox the body and help lose weight. Wanting to trim my belly fat, i ordered and paid for their «Tummy Tuck» supplements on November 17^th. After talking to the representative, I was advised to wait for three to five business days. Two weeks later, I still did not receive my order. I called the rep who took my order, she told me that «my order may have been delayed due to the holidays»… So I gave one more week to receive my order. One week later i called the rep, it went straight to voicemails. I left a message, requesting the tracking # for my shipment as it was getting ridiculous! Still no call back, two days later I called again, and left a message still no call back. Since I was furious, I decided to contact customer service. When I did, they just hang up straight in my face before I could explain why I am calling. After all the shenanigans, I finally receive my shipment, on December 14^th and when I tracked it, they shipped it on December 11^th without even letting me know that the product was back ordered or something. I wish my experience was better because I think their product might be great, but my purchase experience was not pleasant.
