Yaaaaay I don’t live here anymore! Pros: — Parking garage!!! I think the parking spots are $ 75/month now and one is mandatory. Lucky for us, we were able to get spaces near our apartment. — Apartments are modern and the utility bills relatively cheap. The water bill sucks(budget about $ 165 per quarter) but electric and gas never ran us more than $ 100, even in winter/summer. — Great layouts and washer/dryer in each apartment! — Pets ok! No «dangerous» breeds, but cats and dogs are welcome without a weight limit. We didn’t get to take advantage of this, but thought it was pretty great. They do charge pet rent, I think $ 100 per month, plus a $ 500 non-refundable deposit. — Got our whole security deposit back! Cons: — Expensive, obviously. Our 2-bedroom was $ 2223 per month before our second garage spot. — The up front«amenity fee» is ridiculous. They need to include this in the rent since it’s not optional. — One pool? I don’t know how many apartments there are, but it gets crowded. I’m paying EXTRA for this? — Annoying notices and e-mails from the office staff. My favorite was when the office got fed up with people not picking up after their pets, so they took a picture of some dog poop, printed it out(in color) and distributed one to each apartment. Yep, my landlord sent me a picture of dog poop. That’s a first(and hopefully a last.) At the very least, they could have excluded apartments without pets(like ours.) Then again, people who don’t pick up after their pets probably don’t register them with the office, either. — Horrible neighbors. If you make the decision to move here, hopefully you don’t get the neighbors I had. Our side neighbors were fine – never heard a peep. Occasionally heard kids screaming in the hallway. Our upstairs neighbors were incredibly noisy. We had two families live above us during our lease, both of whom walked very heavily and let their kids run around and jump on the furniture. It shook our windows and made the ceiling above the kitchen squeak. We talked to the neighbors and complained a few times to the office staff, one of whom actually came over to hear how loud it was, but never was able to resolve the issues. One resident we talked to didn’t have any neighbor problems, but another admitted she made a huge mistake in not picking a top floor apartment when she moved in. So did we. :(

Alright. Let’s get this straight. They say they’re the only apt complex like that in the area. if you go literally 5 minutes south, you’ll see a complex next to walmart. Which has the same thing but cheaper, they offer apts and condos. Or if you drive 10 minutes north there’s more apts! Don’t put up with the rude staff, or the high prices. You can do better.
