After two no-​show appointments I will never do business with this company.

Had scheduled appointment on Mar. 5 at 10:30…no shows and have not returned four messages I have left on answering machine. I have contacted Groupon for a refund. Cancelled important appointment to sit a wait on these people who did not show or call. So now they are the NEVER AGAIN maid service!

Purchased a Groupon back in November and scheduled my 1st appointment then. It was scheduled for today. No one showed up so I called. They have a recording indicating they are not honoring the Groupons. Poor customer service. If you can’t handle the volume, do not sign up with Groupon’s services. Do not do business with this company! Fortunately Groupon issued me a full refund so no money lost… only the time I wasted sitting her waiting on this piss poor company to show up!

Mo has been cleaning my place for the past couple of months. She’s fantastic! I totally trust her to be there when I’m not, and she doesn’t mind my two dogs in the house, which is great. When she visits, I come home from work and the house is sparkling and smells great. They are extremely reasonably priced and do a great job. I can’t say enough great things about 2 Ladies and a Broom!
