For the Holidays my family all got massages total 8 massages. Very professionally done and enjoyed. I has Sally who did a hot rock message and it was fantastic. My legs had been getting restless legs. for a long time waking me up at night. Well I explained to Sally and she worked on them and for over a week I had NO more restless leg. Highly recommend and will be going back soon.

First, I am so pleased to finally see businesses coming to Riverdale Park.
I called Shine to see if they had a last minute appointment available, which they unfortunately did not (totally my fault), but Sally pointed me to her website and I made an appointment through there for the following week. It was simple and easy, clearly lists the services and prices as well.
Sally’s studio is small, in the back of an office building, but it is beautifully decorated and cozy. Very clean and neat. Lots of free parking.
Now, onto the massage itself. I’m an athlete and have been having IT band problems, which she and I discussed. She was very thorough in her questioning and evaluation. I am always skeptical about trying out new therapists, but I’m glad I did. She hit the exact areas we discussed without neglecting the rest of my body. She also used warm towels, which was a nice touch. I especially enjoyed the scalp massage, if I were a millionaire, I’d pay for every day!
