I called last minute and they were able to get my nieces in. On the phone I asked for the shellac which they said it was $ 20. However, the manicure would have been separate so all they did was paint the nails. The salon I go to regularly at Ripon, Nail Pro, was not available. They usually do the manicure and shellac for my nieces for $ 20. Needless to say, I will not be coming back and I do not recommend it.

I’ve been here twice for eyebrows, the first girl was young and pretty good, I didn’t have to wait for service and my brows looked full and natural.
Went in again yesterday and had them done by an older lady with Curly hair. Although I told her to keep them natural she botched the shape completely and they are so uneven! I won’t be going back there because they just hand you off to whoever.

Well at Queen Bee Nails & Spa they really made me feel relaxed and all the stress just went away. In their pedicure, I was so amazed on how they did and didn’t just leave me in the pedi chair for my toes to become pickles, but was making sure I was fine and was comfortable throughout the process. A very memorable experience and for a great deal. Services was just amazing if anything. I highly recommend coming here! The tech would massage your feet whenever she can!

Been here a few times, but since my last visit, I have made the decision to go elsewhere. The last time I got a pedicure, I left with a large burn on the top of my foot, the lady rubbed off my skin! I had a nasty road rash lookin burn on top of my foot to accent my new painted toes, in which, chipped 2 days later.

Susan did a great job !!! I drive from Turlock to come here! A little pricey for the Central Valley but it so clean and a great experience

I have to say that when I went in to get my eye brow wax. The room was very clean. Not a speck of dust. It looks very professional not like any of those other sketchy places. Will I can honestly say that my eye brows are slain. It looks so perfect with a great arch. She even gave me advice since I over plucked in the front so not much hair. She suggested this product which grows back hair Li Lash Growth Serum. I see that it is very effective and works. but it still been a few weeks so it could be my imagination. I highly recommend.

My first time at Queens and I got to be honest best salon ever! Didn’t know I could get this amazing services at a salon at all! The prices are reasonable here. Friendly staff. The salon itself is really spotless. Doesn’t have any chemical smell lingering in the air. When it was my turn the nail tech working on me did a great job of removing the cuticles with ease and she massaged my hand while applying hand cream. Which felt really nice! Throughout the process of my manicure she never once cut me at all. When she was done, my nails looked really divine! Compare to my past salons this one is amazing! Definitely going to see me here again!

I went in with a very simple request, French tips on my nails and toes. I waited about twenty-​five minutes before being seated in a pedicure chair, which I was fine with considering that I was a walk-​in appointment. The woman who did my toes was great, that’s the only reason I gave this place as many stars as I did. They look lovely, clean lines, and she was pretty friendly. I had a different woman working on my nails, and they didn’t turn out half as good. There are still chips of red in the clear shellac from where my past color was, she didn’t bother to remove it all, there are bubble in the white tips, and on one pinky finger, there is even a strip that doesn’t have the top coat on it. I would’ve complained, but right after she finished she just got up and walked away. I understand that they were a little busy, but still pay attention to the quality of the work. I’m going back to my past nail salon.
UPDATE: I’ve only had the shellac for less than a day now, and one nail already chipped. That’s why it only has one star now. Do not go here for shellac.

So this has normally been my go to place. Always perfect, professional and relaxing. Until my last couple of trips. Got my toes done, lady was coughing all over me, so gross. Then the next time, I made an appointment. Still waited for about 20 mins. Then the last two times I have gone in, both have been Sundays, there has been at least 45−1hr wait for a fill. With, what it looks like, only 3 manicurist there. All the other people do pedicures. You would think that if your busier than usual, probably schedule or hire more people. Not turn people away and tell them to come back at a later time. Unfortunately today was my last time giving them a chance.

Queen is the best so far and plus it is the cheapest salon I have been too. Even though it was cheap, they gave such high quality service it is really amazing. I like to get manicure because they put in the work and detail into me. Enjoyed the friendly staff conversation with me. I would come back for sure!

I sent my girl friend here to pamper her before our vacation. She had nothing but rave reviews to say about his place. Fun, friendly, and quality work too! Definitely recommend this place!

Just left and the atmosphere and service at this place was great! The two ladies working on my mani-​pedi were friendly and smiley. I was so happy to tip then a little extra because I enjoyed my 30 minutes so much. My nails are perfectly smooth and glossy, and trimmed well– excellent job and I will definitely be back!

I walked in for a fill and was greeted by a confused man, then waited a bit and was told to sit. another rude man said he would be back… waited a while, then was told by the nail tech my nails looked bad… he said could do new nails a lot better… I actually love my own nail person, I was just visiting a friend an a nail of mine had popped off an so I thought to repair and fill would be good, but this man was so rude and wanted to do a full new set, I said not today and he fixed the nail and charged me and kept the change and walked away… This was the craziest place I have been in… will make sure to never recommend this nail salon to anyone… horrible customer service

This place is great! The staff works very hard and my nails have never looked better in my life. It is a friendly environment and they are very good to their customers. Make an appointment! I’ve never seen or had a bad experience in this place yet and I have been regularly going for over a year now.

The worst service ever. Don’t waste your money here go somewhere else where they treat there customers with respect. This used to be a great place until the old owner sold the business to incompetent business owner. Run far away.

I came to queen bee nails about a week ago. I got a full set with glitter tips. the price was reasonable however I there were a lot of bubbles and days later you can see the acrylic start lifting from the sides. A couple days a go a nail completely just popped off as I was typing I called them and they said they could fix it I went in and I was told by the same manicurist, Dennis, that it is because my nail if not flat. I have never had any problems with previous places. He fixes it, well today, two days after I went in to get the nail fixed another nail pops off again while I’m typing. I’m sure that if I were to go back o will be told that it is my fault because I don’t have flat nails. I will never be going back.

My mother and I got the queen bee mani pedi combo. Paid 47 $ each and was not impressed. Nails were cut unevenly, not enough scrubbing for the category of pedi we paid for, basically wham bam okay bye. Felt rushed out even though there were plenty of empty seats for other customers

I went in here a couple months ago. I had a gift certificate. I got a mani and a pedi. I did not like that they do them both at the same time. I wanted to relax while getting my pedi but couldn’t because he was doing my nails. I got shellac thinking it would last long. It chipped that day! I went back and I could tell the guy was irritated. He fixed it at no charge but you could tell where he fixed it. It didn’t blend in. And guess what? The other side chipped the next day. I did not go back and will not go back. I only gave 2 stars because my pedi lasted such a long time. Otherwise they are rude and expensive and just want to get you out of there.

Customer service is poor. I saw no sanitizer with quatz in it to prevent cross cintamination. The woman did not remove the old clear polish and I had to tell her and she was not happy and neither were here partners. Immediately they started to mumble in their language and gave me dirty looks. Mt Pedi lasted 10 to 15 minutes. The absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. If you decide to walk in ensure that there utensils used are sanitized. I’m afraid I’ve been cross contaminated. Will never go back. Not sure if these people are even kicensedlicensed. I’m only giving it 2 stars because it’s in a good shopping center. Prices are expensive for what u get.

He did my nails efficiently, fast, and was personable.
Not to mention I’m hard on my nails and not one broke!
3 weeks later they still look perfect!
