A very large outdoor space to frolic at your leisure alone or with the family. There are several areas to stop and have a picnic at and various walking trails to be explored. You will see a variety of trees, grasses, and perhaps some wildlife if your lucky. In WI and MN you have to invest in a State Park pass either annually or daily otherwise once you have done that its an affordable way to spend some time and feel great. Pack your own food and drinks and embrace the open air.

The Kinnickinnic State Park is located near Prescott, WI on the St. Croix River. The Kinnickinnic River Delta offers a sandy oasis emptying into the St. Croix River. It is a beautiful place for boating, kayaking, canoeing, & tubing. There are islands on the St. Croix’s Wisconsin sides that are also part of the park & boaters can belly up to the sand & enjoy the afternoon sun. My favorite place on the St. Croix River :)
