Bad. Oh, oh so bad. My wife just got back from here. She had this idea of trying the café’ out again. It had been a while. Customer service: This has been a big complaint of mine since the beginning. It just downright sucks. The people working here do not speak. Wait, they do speak… just to themselves but no to the customers. Nor are they friendly. Now, they’re not rude, but they’re more like… robots. Why doesn’t the owner talk to them about being friendly to everyone? The food: Two coffees — a mocha and a caramel latte’, 3 raspberry muffins, a gingerbread cheesecake and a rice krispy bar. The coffees were… meh. The mocha tasted like hot chocolate there was so much chocolate in it. The caramel latte’ was missing whipped cream even though my wife specifically asked for it. The treats… ugh. Horrible. My children thought they were disgusting! How the hell can you screw up a rice krispy bar?! All the food was bland. Oh you want raspberry flavor in your raspberry muffin? Don’t come here! The cheesecake tasted like something my left behind out in the yard and the rice krispy bar was so tasteless as to call it, crunchy air. Just… bad. Needless to say, the people in River Falls here are seriously mistaken on what is and what is not a good place to eat/drink/visit at. We just wish there was something more than Caribou to get our coffee fix from.

Such a fun family-owned shop. I love their mugs. They serve their coffee in them if you are having it there. Highly recommend this place!

Friendly staff serving delicious breakfast scones and frittatas, chicken wild rice soup that beats my mom’s and sandwiches that are heaped with ingredients. Summer evenings they serve great brick fired pizza and a nice selection of locally & regionally sourced beer and wine.

Great coffee and food. A must try for a fast food alternative. The drive thru has great wraps and panini’s!!!

Drove through River Falls to stop here in the morning of a trip to get some coffee and breakfast to go. I got a breve and asked for the ham and cheese frittata that was advertised on the board. The breve was perfect!!! The frittata wasn’t very good and wasn’t ham lol definitely a bland breakfast sausage, I didn’t like it and only had a few bites. I’ll come for the coffee again though!

Terrific coffee and real food. Thank goodness River Falls has a real, non chain, coffee house!

Small little place, and if you weren’t looking for it you’d miss it driving by. Inside it is kinda laid back I guess. The service seems decent enough. The food was expensive for just a sandwich, $ 6 bucks for meat, sandwich bread, spinach and cheese. The restrooms were clean. Parking could be a challenge with the street parking. I would go back if I wanted to try their coffees or teas. I wouldn’t go back for a meal. Maybe a snack. They looked liked they had some available. Check them out if you are in the area and want a completely laid back, college, hippy-ish place to get lunch.

Outstanding coffee, and an ever-expanding menu. Love the wood fired pizzas more than I can say. Easily the best place in River Falls to hang out, have a meeting, play cards, etc.
