Love this place! They have so much different stuff. Start with pita, add a variety of cheeses, lahmajuns (meat pies), olives, desserts, and they always have homemade meals on the counter. Grape leaves, borek, meatballs. Love it!

Step back in time and enjoy the unique pleasure of a small family owned and run food store with a special twist — this is an Armenian grocery store. But you don’t have to be Armenian to fall in love with the owner and his wife or the wonderful items you’ll discover here.
If, however, you are Armenian Olympia Foods is a treasure. As someone of Armenian heritage I can tell you that I wouldn’t know what to do without Olympia Foods. There is no place else in Bergen County for me where I can find all the items I need.
At the same time Olympia is popular with non Armenians too because what they have is very very good.
There are many home made items enjoyed universally such as hummus, tabbouleh and string cheese. Olympia has several varieties of Feta cheese from Greek to creamy Bulgarian to gourmet level French. You’ll also find amazing desserts, pita bread fresher and softer than you’ve ever experienced, several kinds of honey and unique imported jams. There’s also a diabetic section.
If you’re into spices here they’re freshly ground. There are so many items in this small store that it’s impossible to give you a true sense of what’s here. Best of all is the husband and wife owners who are truly wonderful people and make your shopping experience feeling like you’re visiting friends.
