I am from Las Vegas Nevada and this was by far the funnest zip line I have ever been on. Better than Vegas and even better than one in Hawaii. I thought at first is was a bit expensive but I soon realized it was so worth it. My three year old even had a blast. The zip line workers were so much fun. I highly recommend this place.

I am in my thirties, have never been zip lining before, and have a crippling fear of heights, but I had the opportunity to try out the night time haunted zip line(which combines the haunted house experience with zip lining, offered each weekend in October) and decided to do it, just to prove that I could. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and volunteers. I found them all to be very courteous, professional, helpful, and patient. I think if any of them had been indifferent or impatient, I would have lost my reserve. Instead, they were all supportive and empathetic without overdoing it or making me feel foolish. I don’t know what sort of customer service training they do with the staff, but they are doing it right! Thanks to them, I was able to face my fears and I walked away with a great feeling of accomplishment. The price is about $ 30, which is the same whether you are just zip lining or doing the haunted zip line. I think this is a very good price, considering what you get out of it, and the staff are certified and really know what they’re doing. I would recommend them to fans of zip lines and complete n00bs alike. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a unique experience and a heck of an adrenaline rush! I was told by the manager that they don’t recommend the haunted zip line for children under 12 because it can be pretty scary. I don’t know what sort of age criteria they have for the regular zip line.
