Was referred here by family and Sofia did no disappoint. She’s very personable and knowledgeable, which is a good thing for a tax professional. I thought I had all the paperwork together but ended up missing a couple forms, no worries though as I was able to email them to her and she finished up our taxes a couple days later. She even charged us $ 100 less than the lady we went to in Pleasanton last year and I feel we got way better service from Sofia.

STC took over the business for my previous «tax lady» several years ago and have been doing my taxes ever since. I love that I can drop off my paperwork and they call me when it is ready to pick up. Their service is excellent, friendly and professional. I would recommend the to any one. As a matter of fact, I did and my sister and many friends use their services too!

Bob Widgren is THE MAN!!!
This was my first year using STC, and without any previous relationship, Bob took the effort to get to know my family, as well as my tax history, to give him a thorough background from which to work. He then worked diligently on my 2011 return, and, upon noticing a glaring error in a couple of previous years’ tax returns, worked tirelessly to create and submit amended returns on my behalf. Bottom line… not only was my refund maxed for 2011, I actually was owed money from both the state and federal government from the past two tax years. It never would have been discovered if not for Bob.
The fees are extremely reasonable, and the service is exemplary!
I love these guys!!! Anyone within a 50 mile radius is crazy not to employ their services.
