Pretty in Pink Unique Party Boutique

This place is adorable!!! We had my daughters party here and she can’t wait to go back! The staff was wonderful with all the girls and made them all feel beautiful. It’s in a perfect location and I would recommend it to all!!!

My 6-​year-​old daughter and her two friends had a wonderful time at the Pretty in Pink Unique Party Boutique getting the «princess» makeover. (I called the day before and made an appointment.) They chose matching princess dresses to wear while they had their nails painted, makeup applied and hair done (pretty updo’s finished with fluffy pink bows and glitter spray). Afterwards, they decorated a craft project with a vast selection of princessy stickers and markers. The girls entertained themselves for nearly two hours with pretend play, and they loved creating different scenes with princess wall decals in the play area. The employees didn’t seem to mind at all that we sort of made ourselves at home. Each girl went home with several mementos: a complimentary bottle of nail polish, tasteful temporary tattoo, princess wand, decorative tiara comb and a craft.
The employees are gentle, friendly, and great with kids. It’s a relaxed, fun atmosphere with adorable décor that appeals to little girls. (Although, they did squawk in mock terror at the lifesized standee of Johnny Depp in the Tea Party room.)
I wouldn’t compare this place to Disney’s Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or a regular salon. The little clients get just enough attention to feel like they were pampered. The makeup is very light, and the employees only work with bobbi pins, elastics and hairspray to create the updo’s (no brushes, combs or curling irons). Makeup was applied with disposable swabs and q-​tips. I was thankful my daughter didn’t have trampy makeup or helmet hair to remove once we got home. She was thrilled with the whole experience.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the extra chairs in the main area were teeny-​tiny, and there’s not really a place for the grown-​ups to sit while they wait. I’m sure that’s easily remedied. It does force one to browse more — maybe that’s part of the plan. There are so many cute trinkets and accessories for sale, and the prices for many things were quite cheap!

Such an awesome place for a little girls birthday! The staff is extremely attentive and make each girl’s experience extremely special. We had a Hello Kitty party for my daughter and she is still talking about how much fun she had and her friends are too! Thank you Pretty in Pink!
