This could quite possibly be the worst company in Ripon next to Boca Grande. Horrible service, way overpriced for what they provide. Owner acts like a child.

They are happy to charge you for services that they did not perform. Pulled me out of a ditch last winter, and Jason Garrett the owner charged me for using a Snatch Block pulley. Never saw it, and I have it on video. There is a man in prison right now as the result of a situation involving the owner and his dishonesty. Stay clear and call Baird GM for a tow or anything else.

I had them tow my car which was stuck on the street and wouldn’t start (even after I tried jumping it).
First they told me the starter was shot: $ 560.
Then they said the timing belt had come off, wrecked the engine and that it was totalled.
Finally they offered $ 1000 to trade it in toward one of their used cars. That was a good deal for a broken car, but all their cars were junk.
We towed the car to the shop I usually take cars to. They changed the battery and spark plugs and the car was fine.
The folks at Extreme are either incompetent or crooks. Had I listened to them, I would have traded them a perfectly good car for a loss.
