The food has steadily going downhill for the last 20 years the prices have increased significantly but the food is worse than it’s ever been the staff is rude I wouldn’t waste my money there

Shortly after moving here in beautiful Rio Vista we knew we had to find a delivery service. Tried ordering online for a delayed delivery. Couldn’t get it to go through. Finally called ordered a pizza and wings. After an hour wait the pizza and wings arrive. The driver was very friendly. But then we opened up the pizza box and I had never been more disappointed in a Pizza in a very very long time. Crust was soggy pizza was lukewarm. And the wings had so much breading on them you couldn’t even taste the chicken. We have not ordered from here again but will give it another shot this weekend. After reading the reviews and talking to our neighbors they have all said it goes back and forth. Great advertising for the restaurant just need to back it up thank you very much

Compared to traditional pizzerias this one could be a lot better than it is. The people rarely smile or ask if we need anything else. The pizza is good. I would say it’s your basic small town pizzeria.

Ordered pizza here and had it delivered! Worst pizza We’ve ever gotten here no flavor and was not hot. pizza factory has lost its pizazz it used to have. This place has gone down hill… Very disappointed… Wont be back! Ill have to drive to Round table instead…

I am definitely not a fan of pizza factory. The only reason it makes money it’s because most of them are located in small towns, when no one wants to drive 20 – 30 mins away to go eat better tasting pizza. You can never go wrong by ordering fully loaded salad…

This place is so good! We have come here a couple of times while outta town and it’s always on point. The pizza is the best and the salad bar is decent too… they have a great lunch special too!

Great calzones! Always made to order and the price is very affordable. Even the small size is more than enough for lunch or even to share. I always call my order in and they have it ready to go when I get there. Friendly staff always gets my order right.
I’ll be back there again soon.

Came after a great day on the water. They had crayons for the kids to use while coloring, waiting for the pizza. The quality of the pizza was very good. The atmosphere was perfect and we will definitely come again.
Funny side note, they brought over an extra personal pepperoni that we didn’t order. We realized it, went to tell them and they said, it’s okay, just enjoy it for free. Thought that was nice of them.

The Pizza Factory has been good and bad. I would definitely suggest the chicken gourmet Pizza that is definitely their best that I have had. My one complaint is when ordering delivery it usually shows up an hour after ordering or even later and usually pretty cold and sometimes I’m missing some sauces or or toppings from the pizza. The delivery people are always nice though.

Our pepperoni pizza tonight had a super thick layer of grease all over it tonight pretty gross… They need to fix this issue… we need to take 2 Zocorpills after that grease trap! Pretty disappointing for$ 50

It was very good, we ordered pizza and chicken wings (the wings were a little fatty) but otherwise the think crust pizza was very good. We will order again!

Great pizza! Free refills on Fountain Drinks. Great atmosphere with two big screen TVs. Historical black and white photos on the wall. We will be back!

I’m not sure if these folks understand that the pizza is supposed to be cooked. Raw bread sticks and raw pizza. Toppings were not cooked and bread sticks were still doughy. Word to the wise, you’ll be better off eating your own feces.

Good cold beer. I asked if they had slices of pizza for dinner it was a no go. They only sell minis med large and so on. I ordered a pepperoni with sausage think crest. It was great. Thanks for the cold beer and good pizza before u were gonna close

Awesome staff! Friendly, courteous and willing to help. Clean restaurant! Fresh ingredients! If you go during the lunch hours you can see the staff prepping for the day! Newly remodeled and the place looks great. The open kitchen lets you see the pizza makers actually spinning the pizzas whichever for great entertainment during your meal! There are new games in the game room for the kids to play! Awesome! Love the food & service. Highly recommended!

If you order online for delivery, check your bill this is the 2^nd time the total bill has been different, gonna turn them in. Ordered a pizza in line, clicked on car icon for delivery. Stupid thing changed somewhere in their system to pickup! Waited an hour for delivery, called they said it was pick up now get to wait an extra 40 minutes for delivery. DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM!!! Pizza was horrible after sitting for nearly 2 hours!!! So done!!! Finally received meal, we ordered 2 side salads that online states lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and croutons, I paid 7.00 for a plastic container of NOTHING but iceberg lettuce, who wants that? TOTALLY FEELING RIPPED OFF!!!

Rio Vista Pizza Factory has great food and service! Their pizzas are hand tossed right in front of the customers in their open kitchen. They use fresh ingredients, hand shredded cheese and homemade dough. Their crew is always friendly and willing to assist the customer in whatever they may need, and they’ve recently remodeled, giving the older building a new look and feel while still maintaining the home style comfort they’re known for. Highly recommended!

We ventured into town from our RV park for a family dinner. Great family environment. Place was busy but we were greeted and our order taken immediately. Got bread sticks for FREE with Unilocal coupon.
Ordered an XLarge Pepperoni and combination with 6 sodas for $ 56. Pizzas fed a family of 6. Crust was crispy but soft inside. The pizza was better than 70% of pizzas we’ve had.
This was our first visit and we will be back.

My husband and I just moved to Rio Vista last Sunday, and without a fridge or food we decided to call and order from Pizza Factory.
The first time I called I got the answering service and a please wait for my call to be answered. So I waited and waited for about five minutes and no answer. So we decided to go elsewhere that night.
Due to the lack of options and our love for pizza we tried again last night and successfully got through. The person I talked to was nice, took my order and gave me my total and estimated time for pick up.
When I went to go pick up our order (a large calzone and breadsticks) there were five people working. Two of them actually doing something and the other three not so much. I was noticed walking in, but not one person acknowledged me for about a minute.
When I was finally greeted, the lady was nice but there was no reason for her to not come right away.
While I was there I realized why my call was never answered the other night, as the phone was ringing the entire time and no one seemed bothered enough to actually answer it. Eventually it stopped, as I’m sure the person, like I did, gave up.
Now, the large calzone is big enough for two people which is what my husband and I did, we shared it. It was good, but waaaaay too much pepperoni. Something I never thought I would say, but damn. There was easily an inch thick stack on each side. They weren’t spread around or anything, just sitting there. And not enough cheese, or it was just hard to taste over all the pepperoni.
The breadsticks were delicious, but a large order is way too much for two people.
We will try this place again, if our call is graciously answered next time, but we are going to just get pizza next time.
