DISCLAIMER: Review based on drive-​thru experience.
So another McDonald for another quick bite to eat.
The location is spot on b/​c Highway 12 is a long way from anything. It’s right in the middle, so it serves as a nice checkpoint for your travels.
As you pull in from the road, the restaurant is on your left and there is a Chevron gas station on your right. Bearing to your left and around the corner will bring you to the drive-​thru. Navigating the parking lot was simple but a little confusing b/​c there were many comes scattered whimsically throughout.
Pulling up to the voice box, I was greeted by a friendly voice. Ordering was quick (mcdouble + small fry special and a caramel frappé w/​o whip). Two windows as usual. Upon collecting the food, I saw that my cold beverage had whipped cream swirled on top! Hmmm, I know I said «without whipped cream, please.» The server realized her mistake before handing it to me and corrected the drink. No worries.
In the end, my stomach hunger was abated for the last half of my journey home.

My experience at this particular McDonald’s was the worst that I have ever had.
I ordered a Big Breakfast without meat because i am a vegetarian. By the time my food was given to me I had a hard time understanding how anyone could screw up an egg THAT much!
It was like eating rubber. The hash browns were greasy, the english muffin was like cardboard, the pancakes tasted like a sugar mill and due to that fact that I am a vegetarian and had NO meat, I had to pay full price for the meal as if it had meat!
When complaining to the manager about the food, he said, «That’s the way it is». and he did NOTHING about it!
Incredible!

IF you dare to go, bring a barf bag.
I live In Rio Vista and they should call the health department to warn people of the garbage they serve!

Normally I wouldn’t rate McDonald’s restaurants this high, but the cashier knew exactly what I wanted when I ordered a Mc. That’s the kind of experience I expect out of worldwide fast food chains. I’ll return for another Mc served with a smile the next time I’m in Rio Vista.

I spent ten minutes making sure you couldn’t mess up my order but Ya still did. Way to go McDonald’s… Thank you for proving that you don’t need $ 15 an hour to provide crapy service!

Never thought Id be reviewing McDonalds but THE BAD REVIEWS ARE RIGHT. They closed a FULL HOUR EARLY. Went to the drive through… they ignored me. Then I saw the Manager hand off two huge bags of food to someone waiting in line… probably giving away the extra food before they shut down for the night… do what you want with leftovers but shame on you for closing so early on a Saturday.

Found hair on my food! Called and asked if they even wear hairnets and the «manager» Maria said no and had a bad attitide. Bad Service!!!

I do live in the area and so I I have been here a couple of times. For my couple of visits I’ve had great service and my order was correct and the food was just as you can expect it! The people here are incredibly nice and very helpful if you have any questions about the food items ;) it’s McDonald’s!!!

THEEEEE PITTS! Service very bottom line was inside ordering but the drive through representative took over without inquiring with the cashier who ordered what, SHE– the drive thru cashier or manager was NOT paying attention to the flow of order as to who came first, the manager allowed the drive thru cashier to assist, (& display a lack of excellent service as well as a flipped mouth) disregarding who came first, a serious lack of training! Stay far far far far far far far away!

I often stay up late and lose track of time, but that is no excuse for them to close the drive-​thru 10 minutes before their posted closing time! This has happened to me on more than 3 ocassions and I am outraged. I would understand if it was a minute before, but this was 10 – 15 minutes away from their posted closure and I was out of luck. Had to resort to gas station food for dinner.

Standard McDonald’s food served quick and hot, the way it should be. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Seats aren’t padded so don’t get too comfy. This is a fast food joint after all! Plenty of items on McDonald’s Dollar Menu to choose from if you’re on a budget. I tried their Fish McBites for the first time and would give them a 6 on a 1 – 10 scale.
For you Wi-​fi users: They do have free Wi-​fi here, but if you need a 110v outlet bring a power strip just in case. Only one booth has a power outlet and if it’s occupied you’ll be out of luck. The locals, though, have a solution: They bring a power strip and share the outlet. Someone passing through may object to your power cord passing through the booth, but it never hurts to ask.

So after coming here at least twice a week, thus why I’m fat, I just can’t stand the service. Usually missing straws or forks, or getting four little packets of ketchup when i have ordered 3 large meals all with fries. And, to top it off, sometimes they close 15 to 20 minutes early. I have lost hope for this McDonalds.

Owned by chevron… highest gas in bay area and this McDonald’s also charges higher prices than others. Tiny town… cheap real estate… no excuse… we have to leave town to buy gas. chevron owner making a killing price gouging

Establishment was dirty and staff at the cash register was eating food as the Shift Supervisor/​Manager (whatever) looked on and allowed it. TACKY!!!

Convenient restroom and some tasty fries.
We were headed to Sacramento and needed to use the restroom. The restroom was incredibly clean, and the fries were incredibly tasty. Thanks Mickey D’s! :)
