Amigo Metal and Iron Work

I bought a cute, tiled, outdoor accent table with metal legs from this company at the Del Mar Harvest Festival October 23, 2015. I noticed several weeks ago that all the legs are rusting. This table seemed well made and cost $ 65.00. I sent the owner an email with pictures of the rusty legs. I never got a response so I called him. He didn’t seem surprised when I told him about the problem I was having with his table. He said «You’re suppose to put rubber caps on the bottom of the legs… You can buy them at Walmart». I told him he never told me this when I bought the table. I was given no special care instructions at all. His response was, «Well, the top won’t rust». He told me I could send the table back and exchange it. It must weigh 15 – 20 lbs, how practical is that just to get another table that will do the same thing…
