Walgreens

I have been a customer since they opened (years ago) but I have to say something now. The service is terrible and 8 times out of 10 the prices are marked wrong. I am giving 2 stats because there are a few employees who know what customer service means. I love the convenience and all the items they stock. There are times I feel they don’t care how customers are treated because of their location.

This is my neighborhood walgreens and I was disappointed in the low rating it has, it deserves way more than 3 stars! The staff is always friendly, yes! The shelves are always stocked, yes! And if something is out, all you have to do is ask any employee and they are always happy to help out. Sometimes they have really great clearance sale items at a really low cost, they don’t just knock off 5 or 10 percent, they really want you to save money and get their inventory moving, great sale strategy! Its so convenient because nothing else is close by, so yes its going to be busy and parking may be a little busy sometimes, but you’re not the only one having to do some quick shopping, so expect it. always clean, always friendly, greeted instantly, keep up the great work as i see no improvements needed.

This Walgreens is nearly always busy because there isn’t anything else in the area. They are normally well stocked and the staff is friendly. They close daily around 10pm, opening at 8am. They do have alcohol and a pharmacy, although the pharmacy nearly always bills my kids insurance wrong and I have to wait for them to fix it.
