Turn On Lighting

Hubby and I are in the market for some beautiful light covers for our bathrooms. We had found some we liked in a hotel, contacted the manufacturer, and we were told that this company handled them. So we stopped there the other day to see if we could get some.
Short answer: not on your life, at least not from this company.
We were «greeted» by a young man who came shuffling out of the back part of the store, wearing a scruffy tee-​shirt and sporting a face that hadn’t seen a razor in 4 – 5 days. He was incredibly uninterested in helping us, trying to point us toward another company even though we told him specifically what we wanted. He didn’t try to find out how much they would cost, he said he’d have to «check into it», and didn’t even ask our names for a return call.
Avoid this business at all costs. If the owner of this company allows his employee to dress in such an unbusinesslike manner and deal with customers in this fashion, you don’t need anything they have to offer.
