Property owner here. Is it possible I can give this company a ZERO. Owned an investment property and decided to use them because they were very close by. I thought if something went wrong with the property they would be more responsive. To my disappointment, it was the opposite. I kept getting Home Owners Assocation fines and penalties and when I call them to take care of the problem, they always make so lame excuse. The worst excuse is «were too busy»?! THe worst thign is they seem to be a family run business. So complaining will not solve anything. I recommend looking for a big established company to manage your property. If anything happens, you can call to complain and the person will be responsible. Beware!
