Chick-fil-A

I’ve never been to a Chick-​Fil-​A that sucked but this one did. Took over 15 minutes for our food to come out. Fries were cold and stale. Had a coupon for some chicken mini biscuits — the biscuits tasted raw and doughy. The staff didn’t seem concerned at all which was surprising because every other Chick-​Fil-​A has had outstanding service. This one is brand new and hopefully just ironing out the bugs. I hope so because this one is walking distance from our house and super convenient. When we asked for the number to customer service the rude ‘manager’ just pointed to the wall and said ‘it’s over there I don’t know it.’ Bummed with cold fries… :-(

This chick-​fil-​a is SOOOO SLOW. I have been here a few times and every time I have waited at least 8 min in the drive thru. It would be quicker to go to the one down by the mall and drive back to rio rancho then wait in this drive thru. Skip this location if you are in a hurry.

I used the drive thru and when I arrived home I discovered my order was not right and the food was cold. They did not give me the right sandwich or the fires I ordered. I called the store and talked with the mgr on duty. He stated he would make it good on my next visit but it had to be within 24hrs. He took my name and it would be logged in their book.
Not that I was looking forward to eating there two days in a row, but I went again on Saturday. I order my food and told the clerk about my issues and my name was in the book. The manager was called and she looked it up and then told me my total. I was surprised when she stated they were going to comp me only an order of fries. Guess if I want good services I’ll have to continue to drive down the hill to the Chick– Fil-​A down by the Cottonwood Mall. They have always been top notch. I called them and was advised the RIo Rancho store is a different owner.

This new Chick-​Fil-​A has everything I’ve come to expect from this franchise: friendly staff, great service, and awesome food. On this particular visit, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was a great one, which it was. I will definitely come back. Keep up the great work!

This recently opened Chick-​Fil-​A is a nice addition to an area in Rio Rancho that is rapidly becoming a center for restaurants and eateries.
